Still No Items...

I ordered items April 4, 2020 and It is now June 6th. And now reading these reviews I understand why. Won't ever fall for that one again.

Don't Bother.

I bought a shirt. The one I got is nothing like the one I ordered. They made absolutely no effort to make it right, and in fact have been difficult, approaching rude in their limited and long awaited responses. They give the impression that I am nothing but a burden to them. They advertise about quality products and customer service. That is the first among many misleading or untruthful things you will come across.

Enterprise designed to take your money and not deliver

I ordered four of the large tins of Quality Street on October 10th, for Christmas presents. No receipt came through, but the $120 charge on my credit card went through that day. I emailed asking for a receipt. Got a form email back and no receipt, and a 2-3 week expectation of delivery. SIX weeks later, no sign of the chocolates. I emailed multiple times and got no response. Finally disputed the charge via my credit card company on November 28th - SEVEN weeks after the order and up to a month after the latest likelihood of delivery. They have since, two months later, disputed this and said it was delivered on time. THIS IS A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. Do not give them your money.
