Very very poor service

Company offered deep tile cleaning plus sealing of grout and tiles. The gentleman who arrived had no cleaning tools or equipment and started the job with a nail brush, a cloth and an aerosol can of some kind of sealant. The sealant was highly noxious and was irritating to the throat. No ventilation was advised and the operator had no mask. Company has failed to respond to any questions regarding a complaint process and is not returning calls - via WhatsApp, email or text. Site has no business address or direct phone number, in the uk this is illegal
