Very good response to my questions by Charles and quote produced quickly, I ordered and tiles arrived by 9:30 the following morning which was excellent as my builder could carry on his work.

Found me ex stock replacements for tiles which we purchased there 7.5 years ago - despite being discontinued years back. Cannot recommend highly enough. You think B&Q could do that??
