Good service & good price. Tiles also arrived as promised and crucially, were free from chips/breakages. They were thinner than advertised (7mm versus 8,5mm) but our tiler was happy this was not an issue.

I was extremely happy with my order of sample tiles. They arrived just one week after ordering. The two tiles were whole and allowed me to fully appreciate what they would look like in my kitchen. Great quality, reasonably priced. Thank you.

I ordered a sample and it took ages to arrive. I'd assumed it was lost in the post, so I reordered it again. The missing sample actually turned up 3 days after I reordered the original sample. I'm giving the sample 3 stars, as it's a beautiful colour. If it'd arrived on time I'd have probably gone with this company & given 5 stars. However, I'd received other samples from other companies, during the writing time so I decided to make my order with someone else.

I found Tile.co.uk good to work with.
It was easy to get some samples before ordering the tiles. The samples came in the post within a coupon of days of ordering.
I then ordered the tiles I wanted by internet. The delivery was straight forward and communication was good. Letting me know a date and approximate time of delivery.
You do have to report damages within 48 hours which was difficult for me as I wasn’t using the tiles until after the Xmas holidays and had nowhere to unpack them to check them. When using them they were fine and a great quality tile.
I would definitely use Tile.Co.Uk again if they have what I wanted.

The service was excellent. From the I dividual posted tile to check comparability to the prompt efficient delivery, not to mention quality of the tiles. Fully recommend using.
