Fantastic service from the first phone call to tiles landing on site took less than 24 hours.

I can only concur with what others have said about this company, it’s either a sham or a scam. Ordered tiles 11 days ago, no sign of them or a delivery date. No one answers the phone or replies to emails.
Their website claims “we’re a family business” but you’re better off going to proper local family businesses who you can see and talk to personally.
Looks like I’ve been conned so don’t make the same mistake, IMO avoid.
Update: they have now refunded my money

Absolutely shocking shithousery from this firm obviously take payment for stock they do not have and cling on to it for dear life no correspondence over 50 calls over 4 days when i finally got through was told tiles are with the courier we will chase them up and get back to you ASAP 30 calls and email no response absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs ☠️

My husband placed an order at the beginning of March and have been given a number of different excuses for why we have not received our order.
After waiting for 8 weeks, we asked for a refund, which we received, but in turn due to the delays caused by this company, my husband lost the job that the tiles were ordered for. We are now out of pocket now, which in this current climate is really not ideal.
We would never use this company again.
They do not answer phone calls, or if they do, they tell you they will call you back with an update, but do not, and they rarely respond to emails.
I called the company no less than 15 times in 1 day, for no one to answer!
Customer service is extremely poor.
We have always tried to use family run businesses, but this experience has put us off.
The order was in my husbands name, so before they state that they do not have an order in my name, they know full well they have one in the name of Kenny Gater

Excellent service and price. Ordered over 100m2 of tiles and adhesive on Friday afternoon which arrived on the Wednesday. On inspection we noticed 2 boxes totally broken and unusable in which replacements were sent with no hesitation and delivered on Friday morning. Highly recommend

What’s happened below with Harry, is literally exactly what has happened with my order!! Although no one answers the phone or calls you back so I haven’t been able to request a refund! I’ll have to go through the credit card company.
Ordered 5 x tiles to finish my bathroom floor on 26th March with 2-7 day delivery and after calling several times and being told they would be delivered the next day, I received this email on 6th April……….

We are really sorry you have been experiencing delays to your order number 10710.

After investigating this with the haulier it has come apparent that the consignment has been damaged in transit and is not able to be delivered.

We are going to resend the tiles and will mark as urgent with the haulier

I called on Monday 17th April and was told they are showing to be delivered Tuesday 18th April but would not give me a tracking number……..it is now 21st April and I still have no delivery and no answer from several calls and an email!!
Completely wasted my time!!!

Ordered from this company and promised delivery within 7 days, items did not arrive and blamed courier but wouldnt give tracking number.

Claimed to send a replacement which the courier failed to collect from their warehouse, or was never really real!

Judging by other reviews, the business likely sells stock they do not have and are waiting for delivery.

Took forever to get through on the phone to try and sort the issue. Promised a refund which didnt arrive!

If you have an important project, avoid at all costs!!

Order 10727, you know exactly who we are. We value our privacy online therefore do not release any personal details here. You constantly promised and failed to deliver. We asked continuously for tracking details that you wouldnt provide, and when I found them myself the courier confirmed you hadnt even shipped them. We were without a toilet in a family of 5 for nearly a week, using the local pubs toilet. I have all the dates and facts for this, so now yu have the order number please retract your "we dont recognise the order" statement.

Very good, swift and well prices delivey.

Good communication the whole way.

Will be back to buy more no doubt.

Managed to find Armani Gris tiles with Tile & Bathroom as my usual supplier wasn't able to source them. The price was substantially lower as well. I did have some delays with the delivery which would have normally resulted in the review score being a lot lower, however, Mark spent a lot of time chasing the order and delivery for me and I'd say he went to quite a bit of extra effort to help sort out a difficult situation. Tiles eventually arrived a couple of days late which meant my fitter had 2 days twiddling his thumbs but I think the issue was mainly due to bad weather and a mix-up at the haulier. In my experience, this is a good honest company that puts the customer at the forefront of their operation and doesn't shy away from handling tricky situations. I'd use them again and would recommend them for quality, price and customer service.

Quality of tiles is really excellent, look better than one finds in the High Street shops, and for a price that is a lot more affordable. Delivery is prompt, and when delivery fails, replacement follows, straight away. Trustworthy, and a pleasure to buy from!

We recently purchased 40m² of wall tiles for 2 bathrooms from here and found the products and delivery timescales to be excellent as well as amazing value for money.

We saw the exact same tiles in a different company's showroom for almost double the price and after searching online everywhere was selling them for the same price, except Tile and Bathroom. At almost half the cost, we decided to give them a try. The bathroom fitter has commented multiple times about the quality of the tiles and they look fantastic. They arrived around a week after ordering them, within the stated timescales.

Very helpful with ordering by BACS as Sagepay was misbehaving. Delivered one day ahead of schedule which helped. No hesitation to use again.

Ordered tile samples, charged me £1 and have never received anything. 2 times sent enquiries form and no one got back to me with the information on my order, tried to phone them, they hung up. Would definitely not recommend to order anything from them as if something wrong you would be ignored and never anyone would contact you. £1 was taking from bank account for nothing, still worry one day they wont take more money as remind me scam.
Reply: I’ve ordered on my mother’s name Svetlana Anisova. Check again your system and all enquiries forms which people sending to you as I believe there is lots. And yes thanks for advice to contact you to get the refund as I said no one getting back to me already 2 weeks and no one answer the phone calls either. Just on reviews you answer straight away as worried that much for reputation. I would not even put 1* review, still a lot!

I was looking online for the Gatsby design porcelain outside tiles and found this company at the lowest price anywhere. Company is all online which isn’t usually my preference, but customer service contact and support by Mark Trainor was superb, and he even dealt with my queries out of hours. Delivery was quick and efficient and Mark dealt promptly when I mistakenly returned a pallet of tiles by mistake. Very pleased with the organisation from start to finish.
