A fantastic selection of tiles, rapidly delivered, after my original order.
Excellent service.
I have been able to compare different shapes and shades of similar tiles, from different companies, for my kitchen and Tile Mountain came out on top.
The tile has a beautiful thread of gold
running through it, which perfectly matches and compliments the thread of my work surface and the colour of my cabinets
Compared in different light, at different times of the day, on different walls, it’s perfect.
Warm, light and subtle.
Just on the off chance I ordered a different colour, for my bathroom and it is perfect too.
I don’t need to look any further.
I just need my fitter to tell me how much to buy.
Can’t wait to see it in place.

Good customer service
Easy to order, good price. Delivery arrived as scheduled. Unfortunately there were some damaged tiles, so I contacted customer services and spoke to Kaz who promptly arranged replacements for the affected boxes - thanks again!
Overall, this has been a positive buying experience, with excellent customer service. Will use again future.

Very bad experience with tile mountain
Very bad experience with tile mountain, I ordered some floor tiles last week. They rang me on 23 September to confirm delivery the following day, so I took time off work and waited until 4 pm in a flat where all the flooring had been removed. The staff then informed me that they couldn’t deliver that day and that the delivery would be rescheduled for before 12 noon on the 25th. I took time off work again and got up at 8 am to make sure I wouldn’t miss the call, only to be told once more that delivery would be between 3 and 5 pm. I waited until 5.58 pm, when the staff told me they could not confirm a delivery time and that it might not be until next Monday. It’s a complete waste of time. Now I just want to refund

Very good customer service at the showroom and also with delivery. I had no problems with getting chipped tiles replaced. All deliveries were received the next day and apart from 1, they were completely fine.

Great value, website and customer service could be better
I’ve placed 4 different orders for different bathrooms/floor tiles. The tiles are always great value, delivery is quick, customer service responds quickly and it’s easy to order samples to check tiles first.
The 4 star is because of whilst customer service is very friendly and respond quickly, they aren’t always helpful. Also some product images are in accurate. Here are some examples:
- The customer don’t always know the answers to basic questions some examples e.g. The website gives dimensions for a 6x6 sheet of Mustang mosaic tiles. I asked how many tiles in a sheet and the dimension of an individual mosaic tile. They gave an answer that was obviously incorrect because they just divided by 6, the tiles would be smaller because of the grout lines.
- Customer service respond with questions or answers that don’t answer all of my questions or unnecessarily prolong the back and forth. For example every time you email they ask for the SKU, even when you share the website link or when it’s in the email chain you replying to such as an email where they are asking about a sample you received.
- The naming and images aren’t accurate. For example Tulum white or Mustang white are lovely tiles. But they are not white, they are light grey.
- Country of origin should be included in the product listings

Excellent customer service
Our tile delivery was delayed a few times hence the 4 stars but the customer service was 5 stars. Really quick to reply on email with helpful, honest information. The phone customer service was excellent and they helped me efficiently and without any issues.
