Great service!
I needed a small quantity of tiles to match ones I already had so that I could finish a project. They were proving difficult to find and there were issues with colour grading and batch numbers. Mike at International Tiles was very helpful, took the time to make sure I got what I needed and advised me on the most economical way to get them. I had my tiles in less than two working days, they were well-packed, no breakages and the company used a courier who was happy to wait and take away the pallet for me. My order was important to me but was only small. It would have been very easy for them to consider it insignificant and not worth the bother. Gladly, the staff at International Tiles & Bathrooms didn't have that approach.

I went to International tiles & Bathrooms in Paignton
I went to International tiles & Bathrooms in Paignton today with my daughter, to look for bathroom tiles, the young dark hair guy was very helpful and polite to us, but the elderly ginger hair man who was slouched over a newspaper on the other desk was very rude to us, I’m not sure why he is there, doing nothing! when I asked what the manufacturer was of the tiles I was interested in. I will not be going back there for a purchase. Left the shop feeling uncomfortable and shocked and the other helpful young man also looked embarrassed .

I have discussed this with the member of staff who assured me he was not being rude nor reading the newspaper but preparing a bathroom quote and using the manufacturers literature for the quote, however he was uneasy at providing you with the factory information that you had asked for with regards to a certain tile, which he thought was commercially sensitive. I am sure you will appreciate in similar circumstances customers could use our store and its displays to see what they like and take all the information provided by our knowledgeable and helpful staff and then search and purchase on line. I am also sure you appreciate we are a local employer with very knowledgeable staff who provide expertise and exceptional aftersales support.
