We recently ordered large 1.2m x 1.2m tiles from Tiles Universe for our kitchen, and we are thrilled with the range and quality. The tiles look amazing and are exactly what we were hoping for. Although a few boxes were chipped during shipment, the company was quick to acknowledge the issue and offered a solution right away. To avoid any installation delays, they even allowed us to collect replacement tiles directly from their warehouse. Excellent service and highly recommended!
