They send you the wrong product and…
They send you the wrong product and then say its the correct one like you dont know what you ordered. They expect you to pay for sending the garbage back to then not receive your money. Pathetic customer service wouldnt hire them to sweep the roads. Never ordering again, avoid at all costs.

Hi, The product face profile is identical to the old version and shows no difference once fitted, all that has been done is the back of the scotia profile has been removed so that small wires can be fitted behind it which is an improvement. As there is nothing wrong with the product other than your dislike of it, we asked that you return the product, at your cost, the same as most other retailers in the UK, and then we will refund your original payment, including our postage costs. We have a great reputation for our customer service as may reviews on here show so i am unsure where your last comment comes from. We will stand by our offer that , return it, and we will refund everything you have paid us. We cannot be fairer than that.

The tiles were “ a bit sizey” the tiler said after about the first ten tiles. The differing sizes were so minimal until it was grouted and then you could see the difference. The colour of the plain white tiles varied once up on the wall, but you couldn’t have seen this at all when they were placed next to each other on the floor to check. Complaining was a painful experience as all I got was a 20 point questionnaire which was really an exercise to get rid of you. The stress of buying from tile warehouse was not worth the saving. Go to the retail giants rather than a discount clearance outlet.

I am so sorry to hear this, we do ask that you, or your tiler, check the tiles before installation, as once fitted we have no options to exchange the tiles for you, we pride ourselves on helping everyone we can before installation but once used, we are not able to help unless they are actually faulty.

Great prices, lovely tiles. Received exactly what I ordered, with no broken tiles! Delivery was within a few days and was kept up to date along the way regarding ETA of tiles. The tiles arrived on a pallet that was brought to our front door.

I got lots of samples to try and blend with existing tiles, kept informed and really quick delivery. Finally found a suitable match ordered and delivered in a couple of days. Excellent customer service and excellent quality products. Will not hesitate to use again when we start another project.
