Fantastic customer service

I really liked the website, it made it easy to find and get the right amount of tiles. Delivery was quick and the tiles look great!

The service was excellent and the product I bought was larsens gritted primer I bought this as it needed to be rapid setting and it did what it said rapid , perfect thanks.

We love the Moroccan style tiles which we used in our holiday rental shower room, unfortunately a few tiles were broken in transit, but the team were brilliant & dispatched replacements free of charge.

Really easy ordering process

The product provided was as per described, delivery was prompt with clear messaging throughout. I would definitely order again.

I was interested in some quarry tiles and was able to order a sample at a reasonable price. Dean then followed up and alerted me to an offer saving me more than £40 on my order. All in all a positive experience, great product and a fair price.

I only needed a few basic white tiles to complete my bathroom. Tile warehouse delivered the next day and with great care (no broken tiles) great selection I think we will definitely order again as we want to tile our kitchen next. Definitely a company can trust

My order of the quarry tiles came on the date confirmed. No tiles were broken at all. All came perfect. I am still laying them at the moment and will probably need to order more

I find Tile Warehouse a great place to get interesting tiles at a really reasonable cost.. you have to dig around a bit in their range but I have gorgeous zellig pink tiles that look like something from Otto that would be 4 times the price, and terazzo terracotta floors in my pantry that again, look like something from somewhere pricey. I will be back! delivery fast, prices great, products work for me :)

Tiles came from different batches tiler installed as was v hard to tell until up. These guys refused any help or compensation whatsoever. Nothing in boxes to say read or check. So even though it should be on them they say it’s on the customer. Don’t shop here.

I was met by professional & friendly staff who helped me choose a tile for my kitchen floor. Long story short, after the tiles were paid for and delivered, l had to change them (my fault, not theirs). They had no hesitation and didn't make me feel bad for my error. They provided me with the right tile and ensured l had everything on time. I would definitely recommend them.

I have ordered from them twice now. Both orders were quick to be delivered but both had a tile or a few arrive broken. Customer service were great about sending out replacements + extra tiles in case there were any more breakages in the replacement order.

My review is very overdue, my tiles were purchased in May 2024 for a bathroom renovation, however due to a devasting bereavement, the works had to be put on hold till recently, in order for our family to recover.

Well work is now completed and the tiles look fantastic. I purchased the silk white marble effect 60 x 30.

From the start Oliver from the team was amazing, was helpful with the order and provided great communication.

The order transaction was smooth and easy and arrived on time. As recommended I checked for any breakage as this is easily done via transit and was comfortable doing so as was told any broken tiles would be replaced if I notified immediately. I was happy to find that no tile were damaged.

I am happy with the service provided by Tiles Warehouse and would use them again.

My tiles arrived broken they sent out more however ALL were broken again. You will have to fight to get any replacements or any refund back for what you ordered.
33 tiles of mine are broken and over 3 weeks later still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
Use Tile mountain instead much better

Ordered two boxes of tiles many of which arrived broken or slightly damaged. TW resolved the issue without any fuss or drama and sent further replacement tiles, this time (I am assured) with some protection around the box. Tiles are of good quality, and while the breakage is put a pause on the work, I would recommend them to others, given they resolved the issue promptly and fairly

I ordered tiles for the second time from Tile Warehouse. This time there were a few breakages when the pallet arrived. I emailed the company and enclosed a couple of photos. There was a rapid no quibble response and replacements were delivered in a couple of days. Breakages are probably inevitable but the customer service response was excellent. Thanks to Oliver!
