Great Customer Service
I had a problem with adding a certain item which has multiple variants, so I called their customer service and they talked me through it - even though I did not have phone support on my subscription plan. They were extremely helpful and fixed the issue I was having quickly.

Impressed With App + Customer Service!! A++
I started using the Tillpoint app about 3 weeks ago and I can wholeheartedly say that I am Very Impressed. It is very easy to use even disregarding the large number of buttons and options. What I like most is the fact you can really customise it to suit you. There customer service has also been great.

The best epos around! I use tillpoint as my pos and to manage my stock. Lots of features you wouldn't expect an app could have! 5 stars!

Competent system, but need newish iPad!
It is an extremely competent system with a host of options that work well for me. It was working a little slow at first and I called them to see why this was happening, and it turned out you need a fairly new iPad for the app to work quickly. I have since upgraded my iPad and now the app works perfectly and very quick. I'm going to be adding more devices soon also!

Nice system - good design
The app is very nice in design which makes it easy to navigate. The POS page has lots of functions and is fairly easy to use. I would recommend Tillpoint.

Wonderful app, lots of features!
I use their app mainly for my POS and inventory management. I have had no issues in terms of use, it's very user-friendly and has features which similar apps lacked. Very happy so far!
