Many also report significant problems with delivery services, often involving lost orders or incorrect deliveries. Reviewers frequently struggle to receive refunds, experiencing long delays or outright refusals. Concerns about product quality are also common, with items breaking quickly or having manufacturing defects. Garbage Quality, horrible support

They just sent me another pair with manufacturer defect. Absolutely garbage products. They promised me a call back from manager 3 months now, which never happens. Bunch of thieves and scammers, avoid this company at all cost !!!!!!!!!!! They owe me money for multiple price matches and refunds. Their support is not existent, they will gaslight if you have any query.

Terrible customer service and delivery

Awful customer service - they didn’t attempt delivery when I was in the house, then I gave them a date that worked and they again didn’t deliver it, then I emailed as told them I was going on holiday so to cancel/refund the order as I wouldn’t be in the property to receive them and I was no longer interested - as I needed the shoes for the trip.

Instead of listening, they again tried to deliver the shoes and left them outside in the wet - when I won’t be home for a week.

I now have to go through the effort of returning the boots. Your delivery partner Yodel is terrible and the customer service communication from Timberland was poor too.

My son sent me a £50 gift voucher last…

My son sent me a £50 gift voucher last year for my birthday with Timberland. I ordered a woolly hat for winter online. The hat took more than a month to arrive, I wasn’t even sure it was on the way as the order status didn’t change from ‘In Transit’After a month I cancelled the order via a telephone conversation with customer services and asked for the money to be put back into the voucher do I could front it in person, in a Timberland shop.
When I purchased a hat in the shop, the money had not been put back onto the card and to save embarrassment, I had to pay for the hat.
In speaking with customer services, I was offered no apology. I was told I would get the money back before Xmas. I am still waiting!!!
Such appalling customer service, delivery and online service is not fit for purposes. I would not shop at Timberland ever again.
I am still waiting for my money at the beginning of Feb to be out back into my card.

Dissapointment

I've ordered few different pairs of shoes, and 2 were in unacceptable state upon arrival. Shame on you Timberland ! Sending bad quality shoes to the customers ! Not to mention random refunds, sometimes refund will be processed fairly quickly, sometimes you need to call and remind Timberland that they owe you refund. Their "price match" is only if you will call and ask three or four times. And they still can't get it right. Shame, bad company. Stay away.

Non-existent customer service

Bought a pair of shoes online, what should have been a routine delivery, has turned into a real pain to deal with since the courier company lost the item, and they won't locate it now.

Speaking with Timberland, they also won't give me a refund for the item to go and buy it from somewhere else and won't help me to find it either.

A very poor experience and wouldn't buy from here again.

HORRIBLE QUALITY

Timberland brand has become a joke. They used to make great quality shoes, now they are sending shoes with horrible quality. Some of their shoes are going through the QC and you can find a card inside saying "checked by 2" etc. Some of them are send out with clear manufacturer faults - glue leaking out, stiches sticking out, stiches with glue on top of them... did I mentioned a sharp parts inside shoes that will make you bleed ? Oww and try to talk to Timberland. The only solution they have for you is to BUY MORE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. Did I mentioned that their refunds takes weeks/months ? They will take 2 weeks to return their own shoes, then 2 weeks ! to inspect them then ANOTHER FEW WEEKS TO SEND REFUND !!!!!! Stay away from those scam artists, this is NOT the same Timberland as it used to be.

Timberland Bradstreet - Not of Satisfactory Quality

I purchased Timberland Bradstreet shoes. The shoes cut the back of my feet to pieces. Timberland claimed that I purchased the wrong size of shoe. However, I have purchased a number of same shoes from Timberland. Despite what Timberland claims, there is a manufacturing/design defect. The collar material sticks out below the stitching. So, it is off to court I go.

Poor quality

Went to lakeside branch bought a pair of trainers in size 6 because they did not have my size 5.5. Checked online and found my size so I ordered it. When I received my order I was absolutely shocked at the quality. I still kept my lakeside pair and when I compared them both, the material of the online one is completely different and looked so so poor I couldn’t believe a big brand company could sell it in that state. I took photos to show customer service, how can two of the same pair of trainers one bought in store and another online be so different. I am returning with hope there is no problem with refund like others are having. Wanted to order again to try my luck and see if I receive a good pair but absolutely have lost trust shopping online with them.

Update: refund was pretty quick, timberland received my return on Friday and refund was given on Wednesday evening.

Seems like a common occurrence with…

Seems like a common occurrence with Timberland and Yodel! Claiming they have delivered my order when they haven’t. Email states must be handled to a customer and photo taken in open doorway… this didn’t happen, tracking states “handed to customer” this didn’t happen. And Timberland refuse to help, Timberland now in breach of contract under the consumer rights act 2015, clearly not for the first time. Terrible customer service, a let down and disappointment. Won’t be ordering again, had I seen they use yodel would not of used at all!

Shocking lack of customer service.

A pair of boots went missing during transit with a well known courier. Timberland “customer services” said they’d look into it. Never heard from them. Asked them to send replacements as they were meant to be a Christmas gift - “don’t send replacements”. Asked them to waive the expedited shipping fee so that I could order a replacement pair - wouldn’t do that either. Chased them up multiple times to be told it was “being investigated”.
Asked for their formal complaints procedure - allegedly they don’t have one. Asked for a manager’s email address - they don’t have any !!!!
Suddenly received an email saying they had refunded on Dec 24th. No refund message from credit card by Jan 6th so chased them up again. Only now have they applied the refund, Jan 7th. Shocking lack of service, no apology just fobbed off constantly. Must do better !!!

Still waiting for a refund of boots…

Still waiting for a refund of boots returned almost 2 weeks ago and confirmed as received by Timberland for a whole week. If id known it would be this much hassle to return and get a refund, i wouldn’t have ordered them. No other company takes this long.

I placed an order for a pair of…

I placed an order for a pair of sneakers and the order was blocked by Yodel because Timberland gave the wrong address. I had to call Yodel to find out. I barely managed to call Timberland customer service and they told me I had to wait for my money back. Since I paid Timberland for sneakers that I never received I will contact my bank to get my money back. I do not recommend Timberland, they are not serious!!!

Ignores consumer law

I ordered a pair of boots from Timberland which were never delivered. The company has been unable to confirm where the parcel was left, and I did not authorise any safe place. Despite this, my refund request was refused, the case was closed, and I was advised to contact my bank instead. The customer service reps are not open to discuss my case any further.

Based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated issue but reflects how non‑delivery cases are handled more generally. In my view, this approach is inconsistent with UK consumer law, which places responsibility on the retailer until goods are delivered. Very disappointing customer service and resolution.

Absolutely disgusted by Timberland

Absolutely disgusted by Timberland. The website is shockingly bad and searching on Google shopping shows availability only to find the links all lead back to the official website all with out of stock messages. 17 different Google shopping site links saying my products is available but not. Google shopping advertised over 17 different sellers only for all to be backlinks to Timberland. Disgusted !

Shocking online experience

They use Yodel. Courier lied about trying to deliver the package and then it was out for delivery for 6 days before they admitted it was lost. Constant chat and email with Timberland who said that they would replace before a supervisor finally confirmed that only a refund was possible. It's taken 30 days to get to this stage. Avoid like the plague.

Trekker boots

It seems the boots can't handle much usage. Mine have split at the join and let water through. At the price, the quality should be better then this.
These haven't been used much at all.
