Delayed refund, bad quality

Be careful ordering from Timberland.nl. I followed their return instructions and sent the items back, but the refund just keeps getting delayed. It's been 20 days and they are still stalling me despite the legal notices. What really bothers me is the attitude. The person on chat was dismissive and ended abruptly instead of actually helping solve the issue. No summary of those chats so they leave no proof behind. It is difficult to send an email because you have to first go through automation and the email responses are also completely dismissive and manipulative.
Product quality was also way below the old times. I kept one product but after all this hassle I truly regret it because I know if I have a problem in the future they will bring hell upon me instead of solving it.

I returned a 71 euros handgloves and they didn’t refund me. They acknowledged that they received the return but then we did refund you showed them my bank statement and still no refund to date.
It’s one of the worst in the Netherlands
I do not recommend!

Refuse to return money for refund

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, chose 1 and returned 3 back. The package got lost by UPS. Timberland support and financial department doesn't care about it and pretend there is no tracking code with all the info about the sent package. They refuse to contact UPS and investigate lost package and refuse to return money back. Such a scam for such a big company. Shame.

BAD Delivery and BAD Customer Service

UPS has never delivered the package to my home address because of missing house nr and they also never contacted me to get the correct nr. They automatically returned it back to sender. I couldn't order the products again, as they were sold out. Hopefully I will still get my money back after they received the package back in their warehouse.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Same happened to me as to others, UPS did not deliver to my house, but far far away, could not pick up, they were returned to them but they never returned my money. I keep teying to contact their customer service but I cannot even get to a person only eobot replies! ;((((

Timberland boots meant to be sturdy, durable and waterproof, came apart after 1 year of regular city use. Sole came off, water leaking inside, leather literally disintegrating. Unfortunately, (like 99% of people) I don't have an invoice for the purchase anymore. They refused to address the problem, and answered with copy paste support messages after 1 month from the initial contact. 0 STARS. NEVER TIMBERLAND AGAIN. Just a warning for you guys, there are better brands out there that provide quality and actually give a * about customers

Bad and slow customer service

Bad and slow customer service. Takes each time multiple days for a response and half the time the response is almost from a script and shows customer service doesn't read customer emails.

In my case I ordered shoes (which their courier UPS delivered to a pickup in a different city). I took me over 15 emails and 2 months to simply get my money back. Each time they would state standard answers from their we site's q&a section which were not relevant or they were making promises they consistently failed to upkeep. Last time customer here

I placed an order on Timberland’s website directly on Nov 30th. A pair of shoes,140€. The next day, Dec 1st, I received the confirmation that my shoes will be picked up by DPD. Since then, nothing, despite my written claims. Managed to reach them over the phone, they promised to get back to me. Again, nothing. We are Dec 23rd, nothing. Luckily, I made payment through Paypal, hope to get my money back soon. Timberland? Just avoid, like we say in French: des escros!

I draw your attention to the unsatisfactory fulfillment of my order, which was paid on November 22 before 11 am. Ordernummer: 40303848 . I have selected Fast Shipping based on your stated overnight or 1-2 business day delivery capabilities. However, my order is still being processed. This violates the terms of the offer presented on your website and may mislead customers.

I ask you to comply with the obligations stipulated by your offer and deliver my order on time. Otherwise, it can create a negative impression and undermine customer trust in your company. Thank you for your understanding and prompt resolution of this situation.

LEAKED even after Timberland spray and little use

I bought my Timberland walking boots just over 2 years ago along with the Timberland protection spray.
I’ve looked after them and now they’re leaking so going in the bin.
Customer service were not interested even after seeing photos of the hardly worn well looked boots.
Never again!

I don't know about others but I had a very great customer experience.
I bought shoes from them which were broken after 3 months, I just emailed them the photos and they refund the entire amount to my account. They handled my case so easily.

Scammer! They don't refund

I bough 3 pairs of shoes last year and returned 2 pairs, but Timberland said they only received 1 pair and didn't agree to refund the second pair. I assure I returned 2 pairs! I called their customer service, the staff told me it's not the first time they encounter such case, they asked me to fill in a declaration form and they can refund me. Howerver!!!! Finally they still told me they can't refund, and a so-called VF fraud team sent me the e-mail! They are the biggest scammer!!Rubbish company!

Less than one year wearing my boots and…

Less than one year wearing my boots and now they’ve ripped??? I’ve contacted my retailer and timberland and they refuse to help. They think I’ve been crouching too much or even worse cut them??? Impossible, who would do that and yet accuse me of something so absurd. There’s also no other way to wear shoes. You’re meant to be durable and yet you ripped in less than a year.

Ordered shoes - says delivered and set up a pick up point IT TAKES you to the middle of nowhere.

NOONE responds not the Stupid UPS not the stupid customer care team from Timberland.

Horrible companies both.

I ordered shoes. Ordered was made on 28.12.2022. Today is 21.12.2022 still I do not have delivery or refund. I have spoken five times with their customer support. I recieve only promises. I will not recommend at all Timberland. I spent £168 and still nothing.

Absolutely the worst company I have…

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with.
The shop convinced me to order through them as they did not have my size. I was told if they did not fit I could return via the post for a full refund. That was at the start of November, I am still fighting with them most of the customer service staff are rude and not interested. They refused a refund completely. They sent an email in November saying they were issuing a gift card which was never sent.
I finally got a gift card number in the middle of December but that did not work.
I have phoned multiple times, the managers will not speak to customers, I am just going round in circles and still they refuse to return my money.
The shop miss informs customers,
They have appalling reviews for the same problems and blatantly don't care. They are just trying to keep customers money.

Fantastic purchasing experience

Fantastic purchasing experience.

Ordered boots online to be delivered to my home. The next day they were reduced by 30%. Quick call to customer services who promptly refunded me the difference. Boots were delivered on time by a professional courier service.

The company followed up with an email to make sure I was happy and everything had gone ok.

Absolutely lovely company❤️
