I have been working with Team Hubbard at Timberline for six months. Choosing Timberline and being matched with Team Hubbard makes me believe that my prayers for the perfect representation for my tax needs have been answered. From the first interaction on the phone working with Brooke Hubbard and Blake Fisher has been nothing short of a blessing. Besides their exceptional professionalism and experience in all aspects of their representation, their kindness and honest empathy always shines through as well. From the very beginning I deeply felt that I can trust Brooke and Blake and Timberline as a company.. This has proven true and their sincere handling of different issues gave me a very unexpected peace of mind in a very difficult situation. I always feel listened to, heard and understood. Followed by doing and delivering exactly what was promised. I truly cannot recommend Team Hubbard and Timberline more.

Joe Stroup is the Man!!! I’ve had nothing but a great & positive experience(s) working with Joe Stroup the past 9 months. Joe has taken a certain IRS Agent, who is way too inexperienced, to task for targeting me, drumming up false and out of date IRS Codes. Had I ever tried to do this myself (like I first tried to do - going direct to the IRS) my wife and I would have had to file for BK last fall.
Joe wouldn’t and hasn’t allowed that to happen. He’s negotiated on our behalf a very fair settlement offer to the IRS, one that we can comfortably afford and one that we are legally entitled to. If you’re sitting on the fence about hiring someone like Joe to represent you, get the Hell off of it and give both Joe & Timberline a call. I most appreciate their personable approach and how relatable they are. They communicate in a way that we can understand. Not a lot of big words/terms that we don't understand. They lay out a strategy that is clear and concise. We tried another company and wasted almost 2 years and got no where. Great folks to work with.

They do complete research before items and get resolutions done quickly with documentation as needed

Very happy I picked up the call from Timberline. Joel gave me the jist and passed me over to Eric and Samatha to hell the rest of the way. Easier than I thought to get caught up and even getting some money back the way they did it so just good things to say.

I will make this short He did exactly what he said he would do with respects passport and money owed I was skeptical but he delivered to the tune of $70,000 wiped away and returned passport. I had a very good experience dealing with two guys, John Niles and Joe Stroup. Who were very professional, and Joe handled my business tax problem with the IRS. I just have to say, Timberline Tax Group is an AMAZING company to work with. I could not be happier or more satisfied with the incredible work they did helping me settle my tax debt with the IRS. They are dealing directly with the IRS, which is something I never would want to or could even do. In a super complex and difficult time for me and my partner they made it clear cut, easy to see. We need wisdom and experience. They negotiated a very doable payment plan, and most of all have left me with a peace of mind that I’m a good hands. During the fe-building and recovering of our tax situation this is critical. I became aware of a State tax issue for somewhere i havent lived in many years. I fully expected to have to pay it back but wanted to know my options. Carly made me very comfortable hiring Timberline, and my representative Erik discovered an error on my federal taxes that caused the whole mess. He was able to get it fixed and my debt was wiped clean quicker than i thought possible. Glad i did not start paying claifornia before talking to these guys.

Timberline and more specifically Zarek and Mackenzie made the process simple. I was put at ease the minute I spoke to them. They do exactly as they say the will and communicate everything you need to know. They remove the fear factor from the IRS. I highly recommend Timberline and the team I had.

Brooke Hubbard, and her team, at Timberline Tax Group couldn't have done a better or more thorough job in resolving my very complicated IRS tax issues. I live in Florida and Timberline is in Colorado need I tell you many people thought I was crazy doing business with someone out of state and that I knew very little about. It turned out to be the best decision of my life!! Brooke kept me constantly aprized of all the dealings with the IRS and if I called with a question and she was occupied she would return my call ASAP and certainly before the end of the day. As upset as I was she always had a way of calming me down. Need I say that the IRS didn't make it easy but Brooke and her team prevailed!
