Whilst i got my first order and i loved it, i ordered again and never got my delivery. I contacted them 4 times and never got a response. If your gonna order, be cautious that you might lose money and get nothing.

This is the worst product I ever received in the mail. I was so excited to try the lip stain and it is awful. Not at all what they say it does. I am throwing it all out. What a waste of money and then I waited forever for it. I had sent them emails twice because it was showing delivered and never was delivered. I didn't think I was going to get it at all. It definitely was not worth waiting for and it is like I just threw the money away. Don't waste your money. It shouldn't get any stars but I had to give one star to write review.

Ordered 3 lip stains as it was a buy 1 get 2 free. Received one, the packaging smelled disgusting, burnt plastic…Weird. Never received the other two stains and have emailed 7X asking where the rest of my order is with zero response. No phone number for customer service can be found. $35 for a shit product and partial shipment. Not holding my breath on this one.

Does not last an hour, stains lips for a bit but I cant over draw my lips, looks like i have chapped lips

I placed my order on July 14th. Upon placing the order, I saw the subtotal was higher than I expected. In researching this, I saw that there was a charge of $2.95 for your order to be processed within 12 hours. I felt that was something I was willing to pay extra for. In my Shop account, however, I saw that the order still hadn't been processed as of the 17th, so I sent an email to the address listed on their Shop account to request a refund of the $2.95 since I did not get what I paid for. I have never received a response to that email as of today. The items have shipped from Hong Kong, although I don't believe it is even the full order. Additionally, I have communicated with others that have purchased it and they said the lip stains to not work as advertised, but I would expect nothing less from a company that will charge a fee just to charge it and not actually to do what you paid for and then not respond to emails. Scam company - do not buy from them.

AVOID !! They send the $3.28 Temu knock off lip liners that not only do not even slightly resemble the colour you purchase but after 2 sips of water, colour completely gone. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

They won't reply to emails or messages on insta.

THIS IS A SCAM! They are not a clothing store, and if they were, they've rebranded as a "beauty" store. They advertise on social media, charged me for shipping twice, and when I used their contact info (three times!), I never got a response. Then I found two OTHER emails they supposedly have, one of which doesn't work. Just like their products. So you will get ripped off.

Awful product. Has a terrible Oder and smells like fake chocolate . I purchased the buy one get two free deal and got three different colors. Tried all three and left on for 15 mins and all just wiped right off . No stain , no plumping. Just a waste of money and who knows what I just put on my lips. Into the trash they went. Any video of a woman using and this product working are not real. Scam. Do not waste your money.

Ordered lipliner from a company called Timbersonic. The products that arrived came from a company called Ollibolli (made in China).The colours are nothing like those advertised and the product smells awful. & one of them leaves my lips blue! The video used to advertise it was of an American woman so clearly lifted and used as a fake image to draw you in. Don’t buy off any advert on Instagram!!! Be warned avoid at all costs!

Rubbish. Scam. Avoid! The products that come are a different name - Olibolla. Not the shades either. I bought by PayPal but I doubt I will get the money back. I should never buy off face book! I have since researched and found out what a scam it is. I wonder if any other trust pilot reviewers got their money back. Or have reported to trading standards.

This is a drop shipping website who sell on products from Temu/ Shein etc. the products I ordered took about 2 months to arrive and came with a completely different brand name. Colours were awful. I also believe they stole my card details - I use Apple Pay exclusively for all of my purchases but this website made me enter my card details, and shortly thereafter I had fraudulent online transactions.

Would give less stars if I could. Ordered product ages ago and hasnt been delivered. No response from the company despite emailing three times. It's a scam.

Received my order of the timbersonic peel of lip liners today , I ordered 3, couldn’t wait to try it!! Well I’m beyond disappointed it’s absolutely rubbish !!! it lasted no longer that 5 minutes !!! what a waste of £30

Terrible product , terrible refund policy!! Why on earth can’t an unopened product be refunded ???? Probably because they know their cosmetics are rubbish!!

I received my order from Timbersonic and I can say don’t waste your money. The Noohde colour is horrible, it’s a yellow orange colour, absolutely nothing like what I watched in the videos at all. I don’t know if it’s the wrong colour but it’s awful. The formula is terrible. To charge $61au for three lipstains when they are this bad quality is highway robbery! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! When I contacted the company I haven’t had any response, which didn’t surprise me at all. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Saw on FB and stupidly didn't. Heck here first. The sent products that are a different brand, from TEMU and cost £1.60 not the £30 I paid. No response from customer services. Will have to do a bank change back.

This is not a clothing company. It’s a cheap Chinese slave labor bait-and-switch company that refuses to answer emails and does not provide a contact number.
Saw a fake add by an influencer on IG that was clearly photoshopped, as they were describing the sachau lip stain brand Billy elish famously recommended.
Immediately realized my mistake, tried to contact the company, but the only option was email. I emailed them and never heard back.
Then Tried to get my money back via PayPal. The company wanted me to mail the lipstains back to china which would end up costing more than the items in order to get my refund. Tricky sneaky crooks.
Needless to say I also closed out my PayPal account. If they’re gonna favor a literal crook, I’m taking my business elsewhere

Sent the wrong colour lip stains and doesn’t reply AT ALL to customer service, total scam, the lip stain I tried one in the end left it on for ages barely does anything, shit product

Lipstains are awful, not true to description or colour, avoid this company

Ordered three lipliners. One is completely empty. Not just dried out but never contained any pigment at all. Product widely advertised on Facebook is a big disappointment. Complete waste of £31.

If I could take away that one star, believe me, I would. Buyers beware!! What you see on their lip stain ad is not at all what you will receive. You'll get an off brand that isn't worth a damn and they will not reply when you email. The colors you receive are nowhere close to any shades that are shown in their reels. I'm going to try Wonderskin.
