Great quality product. Customer service was also excellent, as was delivery.

Not everything i ordered was in stock, which happens, but the company phone me to advise and gave me options, rather than just email like most companies do.

My solution was to get them to send me a wood of their choice in place of cherry after I explained what I wanted it for.

They were really helpful and human, which is rare at the moment.

I needed a small piece of oak for a very special purpose. Timbersource had just the right item at a very reasonable price so I went ahead and ordered.

They called me the next day to ensure the fact there was a knot toward one end of the piece they had was not going to be a problem. It wasn’t, and the piece arrived very well packed the very next day.

The piece of timber was really nice and just what I needed. I was very impressed with the customer service. It would have been very easy to just send me the timber and hope everything was going to be fine. The fact they called me first gives me great confidence in ordering from Timbersource again in the future.

Timbersource and Thomas in particular were brilliant at helping me with an unusual, bespoke request for cupboards for our bathroom cabinet. Thomas clearly advised on the best wood for the project, suggeting iroko over teak due to it's durability and quality finish rather than plantation teak. We're thrilled with the wood which arrived within 48hrs and already thinking of new projects to get them involved in. Thanks!

My wood earlier than stated and I'm happy with my order. It was well packed and the customer service noted that I made a mistake in my order and phoned me to confirm. I was a little apprehensive about ordering based on some bad reviews on here but I've had a good ordering experience. I will be ordering from Timersource again.

Recommended to me by a joiner, I have been using Timbersource for many months now on the long, slow renovation of our home. They have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond to get the order out to me asap. We are based in London but it has still been worth it financially to use Timbersource for lesser used wood (e.g. iroko and ash) and have it shipped to us. Their premises are also really worth a visit. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Ordered some wood for 4.5m long shelving online and paid in full. Received the confirmation email within the specified timeframe and all was good, then I received a phone call from Timbersource. A slightly nervous sounding employee gave me the bad news (I assume they were nervous because they knew it was bad news, I've been there myself) that the type of wood I had ordered was something they were unable to supply in the required length. Before I could say anything I was offered an alternative that they could provide for the same cost, which I was more than happy to accept. I was asked if an earlier delivery date was an option, something I was not going to turn down due to the exceptional customer service I had just received. Sure enough, new invoice quickly received showing the new wood order, quickly followed by confirmation of when it would be delivered. Delivery was exactly when expected, including the pre-delivery driver phone call (which i couldn't answer, sorry). Wood was slightly longer than ordered but other than that was in perfect condition as very well packaged. Not bothered at all by the inability to supply the wood I initially ordered, nor the planks received being longer than ordered.....as their website states this is always a possibility due to availability, natural product variation, all the usual stuff. So, I knew there could be problems going into the order, and Timbersource dealt with them extremely efficiently, so I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is a delight to deal with,I needed 3 shelves for an antique glass fronted cabinet.The gentleman on the phone was so interesting to talk to and knew a hugh amount about wood.I went with his recommendation and the wood and shelves are perfect, Thankyou!-
