Very good communication from everyone I dealt with. From initial advice through to final design was very helpful and professional. The fitting team, Glyn and Tony were great. Really courteous and professional as well as doing an excellent job with a lot of care taken. Very happy with the product and service. 10/10.

A refreshingly good company to deal with. From my initial visit to the Saffron Walden showroom to the installation team’s efficiency and excellent timekeeping everything ran smoothly with good communication and response to my queries etc. Products are very good too!

Our experience of timber windows has been excellent both in terms of end product and also the installation process. Every window and external door has been replaced, which could have been quite a disruptive process, but the install team were very professional and kept the house as clean as possible.

We cannot praise Timber Windows Essex highly enough, they have kept us up to date on our order, put up with me asking a million questions and ensuring we got amazing customer service.
The quality of our door is beyond expectations, Glyn our fitter worked so hard, he kept our home clean and installed our door to such a high standard.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company and especially Glyn.

The engineered wood was the clincher for us. We really wanted replacement timber windows in our weatherboarded cottage without the warping. We are so pleased with the results. The new front door and windows have transformed our cottage. The fitters were excellent. We would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with the efficiency, skill and professionalism of the fitting team. The operation was done with the minimum disruption and mess and the completed work looks excellent.
We are delighted with the quality and appearance of the doors and they look great in-situ. Several of our neighbours have already commented very favourably.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt that I should to describe my recent experience with Timber Windows Essex.
If you are thinking of ordering new windows or doors with Timber Windows Essex, I would highly recommend that you do!
I ordered a new front door with Timber Windows. Although they were not the cheapest, the saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is really true in this case.
The sales process itself was really smooth and the quality of their products was really good, which you can argue is what you would expect with a premium product.
However where they have excelled is in the after sales process. Tim and Yvonne from the operation and project team are fantastic and are a credit to the company. I have unfortunately experienced other highly reputable trades companies who provide a great sales experience to secure your order, but then they sadly seem to lose interest after you have paid your deposit. With Timber Windows Essex it was refreshingly the opposite. The after sales process was better than the sales process (which by the way was also good). Yvonne and Tim truly go above and beyond with their customer service. You can tell that they really care about their customers and take satisfaction in providing the best experience to their customers.
Also, I have to mention the installation team. The installers (and surveyor) were all professional, smart and take great pride in their work. It is not like other companies who just seem to sub contract out the installation work, which can often be disappointing.
I highly recommend Timber Windows Essex, and would certainly look to use them again in the future.

This is the 2nd Timber Windows front door we have had fitted. The first was at our previous property.
Lovely door and superb fitting process.

Really fast, efficient and friendly fitters. Very happy to have them around.

Almost faultless experience from start to finish.
From the visit to the showroom where we were looked after by a very knowledgeable member of the team, to the day of installation.
Only reason for not being able to give a 5th star is because, when fitting the door, a dust sheet was attached to the newly painted walls with some tape which, when it was removed, peeled off paint leaving marks along the wall which had to be filled first and then repainted. I guess perfection can be an elusive thing to achieve. Apart from that though, highly recommended.

We looked at several door companies but are delighted with our final choice to use Timber Windows, from initially enquiry in store with Rob at Saffron Walden, he was very knowledgeable and provided sound professional advice without pressure, Tim provided regular updates and booked in installation dates to accommodate us.
Morgan and Anthony fitted our new doors they were also very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and polite.
We couldn’t be happier.

Timber windows supplied my garden room with French doors, a front door and 8 windows some including safety glass. From the beginning it was easy to discuss what I wanted with Tim on the telephone followed by a site visit. Although not the cheapest of quotes I decided that the quality would be very good and I was right. The finish was excellent and the fitters couldn't be faulted. Very happy with the finished result.

Timber Windows as a company were very easy to deal with, whether it was with the showroom people in advance of the installation, the "office" personnel before and during the work (tweaking our requirements where necessary to get just what we wanted) or the fitters on site. They carried out the installation with the minimal amount of disruption for us, and made sure to clear up everything as they went along. They were polite and pleasant to deal with - always a bonus! The resulting windows look very impressive with a noticeable noise reduction. We would definitely recommend them.
