I tried to buy a golf game through…
I tried to buy a golf game through Facebook, when I hit purchase and entered my card details I got redirected to another site saying I had registered for a subscriotion to this Time2kitchen website but simultaneously a payment was also taken from a company called buy4kitchens.com.
I quickly went on to the time2kitchen website and started talking to the online chat to cancel both the subscription and stop the payments going out. The person on the end of the chat then proceeded to tell me that the other site was nothing to do with them. However I went to the buy4kitchens website and the same chat was there talkig to the same agent.
They did cancel any further payments to buy4kitchens but Time2kitchen.com said that they would not refund the subscription. It was £6.03 but never received a golf game and the company also did not refund my money.
Absolute shambles and complete scam!
Whether it is coincidence or not since this interaction I have had all of my social media accounts, Ebay and hotmail account hacked.
