I am sharing my experience with Miss Affiliate to warn other affiliates about what appears to be an extremely unfair and non-transparent compliance process.

After successfully generating real sales through offline communities, private groups, and direct customer referrals, my affiliate account was suddenly reviewed and terminated. All pending commissions were cancelled.

The justification provided was “artificially generated traffic” based on vague indicators such as:

Repeated IP groups
Click-to-sale ratios
Renewal rates
Internal risk scoring and third-party tool assessment (TUNE)

However, no actual evidence was ever provided. No specific transactions were identified, and no clear proof of fraud was shown.

Key Issues in My Case
Lack of Transparency
The company repeatedly refused to provide concrete data or examples of the alleged invalid traffic. Everything was described in general terms such as “high probability” or “risk indicators,” which are not evidence.
Misinterpretation of Offline Traffic
My traffic comes mainly from offline communities and private group referrals. This naturally leads to:
Shared IP environments
Non-standard conversion patterns
Irregular click-to-sale ratios

These are legitimate marketing behaviors, not fraud.

Commission Cancellation After Approval Signals
Conversions were initially tracked and approved, but later reversed during payment time. This raises serious concerns about post-approval retroactive invalidation of commissions.
Zero Renewal Rate Argument is Misleading
Renewal behavior depends on customer satisfaction and product fit, not affiliate responsibility. Using this as a fraud indicator is not reasonable.
No Evidence-Based Compliance Process
All accusations were based on internal interpretation rather than verifiable proof. This creates an environment where commissions can be withheld arbitrarily.
⚠️ Impact

As a result:

My affiliate account was permanently disabled
All pending commissions were cancelled
No transparent dispute process was offered
No evidence was provided despite multiple requests
📌 Conclusion

I am not claiming technical systems are perfect, but any affiliate program must operate on transparency and evidence.

If commissions can be cancelled based on “probability” without showing proof, then affiliates have no way to defend themselves or understand what behavior is considered acceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when working with Miss Affiliate, especially if your traffic involves offline communities, private groups, or non-standard conversion patterns.

I've been using this company for years…

I have been a customer of this company for many years, and in the beginning they were solid, affordable and reliable. That is the reason I stayed with them for so long.

Unfortunately, over time things changed. Prices started going up, the quality of service went down, support became less helpful, and the overall experience became worse instead of better.

What makes this even more disappointing is that, after I had already requested account deletion, I was still charged or presented with charges for services I did not request. That is not acceptable customer treatment, especially towards someone who has been with the company for years.

This feels like a very sad example of a company that used to care about reliability and customer trust, but now seems more focused on squeezing money out of customers than actually serving them properly.

After many years as a customer, this is not the ending I expected — but it is definitely the reason I no longer wish to continue using their services.

This company provides an excellent infrastructure and a well-designed interface to control VPS, DNS and other services. Their human support is also excellent, with highly skilled people that understand issues and doubts, and quickly deliver a solution. With that said, I have to admit that they incorporated that AI agent which is an Automated Imbecility (AI) bot. Very disgusting, absolutely ignorant, moving support from a high quality service to a very poor "my first day in this job" style. Something that moved Time4Vps support into the common Strato, One2One, etc. ultra-deplorable support

I had a problem with my account and got promptly connected Michail who managed to quickly resolve my issue, regardless of the confusing requests I threw at him during the conversation. All and all fast and excellent customer service!
