Lack of communication

Lack of communication. I sent two requests for tracking info as the link to Shop did not give any info at all. Poor customer service, but when product eventually arrived, it was good quality and just what I needed.

Personal touch and excellent quality products

Really excellent website and customer service. Easy to order and delivered quickly and well packaged. The individual tea bag it a really neat touch to play on the name of the company! Those personal touches are above and beyond what most do these days.
Have tried the products and they are excelllect quality too

Always a great experience

Another order received with another fabulous experience. A couple of items were out of stock, but the refund came through quickly.

First and last time I'll order from…

First and last time I'll order from this company. Placed my order for stamps and dies, payment accepted and then after the order was dispatched I get an email saying the stamps weren't available and a refund was given.

Great stamps and dies so unusual and a bit out of the ordinary will make great cards/tags. Fantastic quality clear stamping and the price point is great too.
