Ordered clock 5th December, was notified of lead time 7-10 business days.
Nothing arrived and no communication despite a number of emails sent.
Finally got a response to say that the clocks are due back in stock 9th Feb.
Have requested a refund and have received no response since.
Very poor, have left a 2 star but really disappointed and should be a 1 star.

Can highly recommend this company. Excellent service and great price! Thank you and I’ll certainly be shopping with you again

UPDATE- received a telephone call today apologising and to inform me a full refund will be issued. The apology was much appreciated therefore I’ve changed my review from a 1 star to 3 star.

If you receive a faulty item this company are shocking , they provide a terrible customer service so stay clear of this company.
Received faulty item which was eventually replaced with another faulty item. Immediately contacted company and provided video and photographic detail of damage as requested (made to feel like I was trying to pull a fast one) after receiving 2nd clock with damage requested detail on how to return so I could obtain a refund. Sent several messages chasing an answer but had no response. Telephone call went straight to answer phone, I left a message but again I’ve been ignored.
After giving them plenty of time to respond I’ve taken the matter further and do not recommend this company.

Ordered nearly a month ago (6th September) and yet to hear anything from them on delivery times despite emailing twice. Customer service seems non-existent. Happy to change my review if I get the clock I ordered or at least an update from the team.

Ordered a clock from timeframed, paid for it a month ago, never received it. Emailed 3 times, no response. Fraudulent company, do not use!!

One star is too much. I ordered a clock, that when arrived, looked nothing like the website so I emailed to say I was returning. I was asked WHY, then told that no couriers insure clocks so if I send it back it would not be insured (basically saying keep it else you won’t get your £100 back anyway).
I sent it back via DHL and paid £14 for next day delivery. They received it back Tuesday 12pm and I’ve not received an email regarding it. I’ve tried to call 80 times but it says they’re always on the phone and to leave a voicemail. Avoid this online store at all costs unless you are 100% sure you will be keeping your clock!

Best price available and delivered so quickly…the teams said far long but was despatched so quickly and received on 2 days… v v happy as it’s a birthday present. Will definitely use again

The whole experience from start to finish was exemplary. So rare to find a company that puts customer service so high on the transaction agenda.
And the clock looks great as well!

I ordered a thomas kent clock in december. This clearly said preorder on the website with an estimated delivery of the end of january.
There are a lot of reviews on here regarding delivery dates. However I think these are unreasonable. Delivery dates are an estimation. Our clock has been delivered today on the 26th february. It is longer than the estimation, however Liz in customer service has emailed all the way through the process to keep me updated. If I emailed for an update she came back to me within the hour. Owning my own company means that I know delivery dates can be pushed back, all you can ask for is that you are kept up to date and that is exactly what they did.
I will definately order again.

I am very disappointed I have ordered whilst the item was not delivered as yet beyond the time schedule
I cannot reach on the phone as it is permanently on the answer phone
I do not know how to the clock delivered yet I have the requested sum

I ordered a Thomas Kent large wall clock to replace one which had stopped working. Timeframed’s price was £50 cheaper than John Lewis which I was surprised at (but very pleased!). I also got free delivery.

The delivery time was estimated at 1-2 weeks so I hoped to receive it before Christmas.

My clock has arrived 3 working days after I placed the order and I’m absolutely delighted. It was securely packaged and in perfect condition.

I ordered a Grey Thomas Kent Clock. I received the clock within 10 days. I emailed after a few days after reading reviews and got a quick reply from Liz in Customer Services telling me the day it would be dispatched . A great saving too compared to other websites and High Street retailers who sell same model . The clock is now taking pride of place in our kitchen. Thank you Time framed team.

I ordered a mantle clock from this company,After a small delivery issue,Which was rectified straight away after my phone call,I received my clock the very next day,well made and heavy for it’s size looks great,I will buy from this company again.

The shipment was delayed (due to issue with the company’s supplier)
They company communicated well with me /apologised and when the clock did arrive I was very satisfied with it and the supplier refunded the postage to make amends for the delayed shipment.
