Still waiting for an order for over 3 months and keep getting fobbed off with Covid being responsible for the delay in postage from China to New Zealand, What rubbish I ordered the same product from another USA firm and it was here within 10 days from China. After 4 emails with excuses, have now asked for a refund but guess thats "whistling in the breeze!!
Agree with most, would not recommend or buy from this company again.

Seriously shonky company. Received my items, they weren't correct, was told after much correspondence that new items were being sent..ummm, 3mths later, no sign of replacements and they are now not even replying by email. Dodgy AF.

I still haven't received my parcel after a year. No correspondence. Highly upset!

I had the same problem like the ones I read with the bras that are supposed to give you this amazing cleavage. I even sized up and I couldn’t even get it on. They wouldn’t refund me and said the sizing was correct. Thank God for PayPal. I filed a case against them and got my $$ back. I would suggest Anybody that wants to buy things like this online to Always & Only use PayPal. If you end up with junk and have major problems PayPal Always covers you.

worst online shopping experience ever! what I’ve ordered was totally far from the item they’re promoting even the size! totally just wanted to scam people sending rubbish products don’t be fooled ladies!!! Beware!!!

Bought a cutting tool for crafting and guess what it doesn’t even cut paper let alone card and photos! Told them the problem and won’t offer a refund or to send a new blade.
Now I’m out of pocket and with a tool I can’t use and have to buy from elsewhere.

It has been 6 plus months I have been following up with them for a refund, I decided I needed to leave a review on them and I get to see thousands of similar same experience. I think it is not even worth it to write a review as they have started this company just to loot people, but if this can be an eye opener to many who can be cheated with their social media ads. The items I purchased were expensive plus I paid a good amount on shipping, and the conditions I received them cannot be compared to even poorly, it was the WORST! So it was useless writing to them and had to forget the money! But why is their website still not boycotted? Why is the cyber space still allowing them? Why is trust pilot not tracking the kind of negative reviews they have got and do something like reporting them for the sake of many others who can be fooled! This is insane! How else can these scammers be exposed! They loot for a certain time and then move to next projects!

Terrible company. Won’t refund something because it’s correct per their sizing guide, even though there is not a link available to reference the sizing guide. “Strapless front buckle lift bra” has no cups (bra just lays flat against the counter, not a good sign for a 38D) and there is no underwire at all. Not sure how it’s supposed to provide loft and support without any underwire. Complete scam- STAY AWAY!

Timelessnova is an unserious provider. It takes months if anything arrives, the products do not comply with the description and when returned by using their return information they deny having received the return. So they never refund the amount that have been paid.

I would blacklist that company. Don't buy anything from them! :-(

I would give a 0 if I could! This is a SCAMM!! they take your money, send you overly undersized bras (mine were 9-10 inches smaller than my ordered size).. I requested a refund / replacement whichever they process faster, never heard back from the support team despite sending 50 emails and they only wrote to me after 2 months of following up, to say that the 30 day refund period is over - whose damn fault is that?
PLEASE READ THIS AND SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THIS STUPID BRAND!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IS A SCAM. The size are extremely off the extra large is a size 2 like no one can fit on it. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. you can not contact them and will not return. WASTE of money.

ordered came after 2 months. received package and feel like that they were in a hurry to just to ship it without checking it, inclu.ding a part thats not part of it. sizes were like u can fit it in a barbie doll that sadly no one can fit in, their medium is for a size of a toddler. customer service is very bad, no responding. i regret buying from them.

Do not buy from them. Sizes totally off. You will NEVER get your money back. I spent $50 and they wanted me to mail the bras back at my expense (which post office said would cost $40). So I would maybe get $10 back. They went back and forth; about 40 emails later, I realized to give it up. $50 lesson learned the hard way.
