I purchased a watch from Time Pocket Watches in December 2020.
It arrived within 2 days and is absolutely beautiful.
Unfortunately the watch case got scratched and I asked Andy Howe if he could recommend a product to polish it out. He invited me to send it back and he would deal with it at no cost.
The watch was returned to me within less than a week and looks perfect again.
I can definitely recommend Time Pocket Watches and the whole process from sale to after care.

I brought a pocket watch from Andrew, time pocket Watches, it was as described perfect in every way, I then saw another watch on his site which I preferred more , I phoned him and he gave his honest opinion on the both watches , I sent back the first watch , paid the difference the second watch was delivered 36 hours , from me sending back first watch, to receiving the second which I love . Fantastic service
If every body could conduct their business the same we could put the great back into Britain

My 14 KT Gold Elgin Pocket watch had multiple problems, Dents, misshaped bow, lose glass, and needed a service.

I cannot recommend Andy at Time Pocket Watches highly enough he has the most beautiful pocket watches in amazing,.. no outstanding condition which he personally disassembles cleans repairs and puts them back together, his knowledge is amazing he gives honest advice even if that means losing a sale which in my mind makes him 100% a trustworthy watch seller i urge you to take a look at his watches you will not be disappointed i have bought 3 from him and intend to buy more as well as getting him to service and repair my others

My wife bought me a pocket watch from TimePocketWatches for Christmas. It was beautiful but after a day or so it kept stopping. I contacted Andy at TPW and he was so helpful and full of advice. After a further day he recommended it be returned for either repair or replacement. I elected for the latter and the replacement watch is just superb. Such brilliant aftercare service, I cannot recommend TPW highly enough. Buy a watch and you will not be disappointed.

I will recommend this company 100% to everybody. Andrew the owner is very helpful, and the after sales service is second to none, also the Pocket watch I purchased is in excellent condition for the year of 1906.

Good communication, excellent service.

I sent my non working pocket watch to Andy who examined it and provided a cost for repair. Within days I had a fully functioning watch which had been treated to a polish. So nice to know there are still craftsmen out there you can turn to.
