With Abound very bad experience
I have initiated to transfer the amount $1000 from US to india on 5th May 2024 from Abound. After continuous taking follow-up either sent amount or return my money back. Its really fed-up with follow up from last 2 months still no solution for this issue. Request number 80721 has been updated so many times asked Can you please check and update when my amount will be refunded? Discussed with upper management to provide solution but still they harassing the customer like this. As per their email, since May 8th, 2024 banking & remittance services at Abound have been impacted due to on-going legal issues between our service providers Evolve Bank & Trust, Lineage Bank and Synapse Brokerage LLC.
Still no reply and no update
