Loyal customers beware (12 years). Paying for a treatment I thought I had forgotten my pin and naturally got very distressed. After two attempts offered to go home and get another card or cash. They suggested I ring by Bank. Eventually agreed to me going home as long as I left something behind! I didn't and came back within the hour and spoke to management who showed me no consideration or empathy. 3rd attempt elsewhere and was correct pin. Will never go back again. Have found another salon in Petersfield who are welcoming and friendly.
