Loyal customers beware (12 years). Paying for a treatment I thought I had forgotten my pin and naturally got very distressed. After two attempts offered to go home and get another card or cash. They suggested I ring by Bank. Eventually agreed to me going home as long as I left something behind! I didn't and came back within the hour and spoke to management who showed me no consideration or empathy. 3rd attempt elsewhere and was correct pin. Will never go back again. Have found another salon in Petersfield who are welcoming and friendly.

Sadly I have been twice now for an express gel pedicure and the salon is not what it used to be. Arrived on time to once again the clinician not ready to start. Session commenced late as usual - when you book an express for a reason this is frustrating - Sat next to another client who voiced she had been left there and no one had come to finish her pedicure (cuticle oil etc) she had to ask for her session to be finished properly so she could leave. I made it clear I only had 50 mins (the time allocated to have the pedicure) the quality was sub standard: lumpy polish /polish on skin / nails not cut straight and different colour / finish. Appalling for £50+ I will never return.

My daughter bought me a manicure here for my birthday and I was so disappointed at how bad it was. Poor quality, expensive and very rushed. And to top it all off, the toilet was disgusting. Never again.

I have been going to this salon regularly for the last 2 years but I went today for a whole array of self care treatments all done by beauty expert, Lily, she was so kind, professional and made me feel at ease. Thank you.

Very disappointed. I had a mani/pedi and it is one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The dry skin on my feet was barely touched. Two days later my feet looked like I needed a pedicure. I’m having to get rid of the dry skin myself now. The nail varnish on one of my toes was smudged, so she painted over it, instead of using nail varnish remover and painting it again, then didn't put the finishing coat on so I have one shiny big toe and one matt big toe.

I was sent a feedback text but unfortunately deleted it before I realised the extent of the bad pedi.

Not good. Wont be going back.
