Appalling experience. Don't waste your time. I'm not going to waste any more of my time writing a long review- just trust me. Only 1 cleaner available in the whole huge, popular area i live in and worst clean I've ever had. So bad she at least had the decency/ clear guilt and she didn't even want paying! But I was just being fussy apparently according to both agency and cleaner

I have been with them for the last five years and have no reason to complain! They balance the interests of the client and their staff, i.e. the cleaners very well! Time to Clean provide top rate cleaning staff who actually stay for the whole contracted hours and who work very hard. They always offer to cover holiday periods and provide top quality replacements when required.These are the best cleaning company and staff I have ever used. Everyone is well-mannered. Efficient and hardworking. They even brought a vacuum cleaner when mine was broken. Keep up the good work & Thank you.

I have used Time to Clean for a number of years. I have had a 4 regular cleaners in that time, all have been trustworthy, and have cleaned well. The service provided by the management team of time to clean is professional and good too. My experience is there are at times language barriers, but these can be easily overcome as you become familar with your cleaner and demonstrate what you want. I find the most effective use of Time to Clean and dependent on the size of your home is to target areas on rotation for deep cleaning and be very precise about what you want to happen in each room. Then you will achieve the best value for money and service from Time to Clean. I have happily recommended this company many times.

So far so spotless! It's taken us years to find a good cleaner - Ula is the best we've ever had. TimetoClean have been responsive and reliable.

I've just had my cleaner contract terminated immediately because of confusion about payments. No interest in resolving the matter despite a contract in place to provide cleaning

Claimed I'd "not paid my cleaner" when I'd been accidentally overpaying her due to reduced hours. Just wanted to tell me I was wrong without asking what I thought was going on.

Now claiming I've underpaid her management fees - amazingly this has gone on for months and she's never raised it before.

Would not recommend.
