Time To Trust provides great customer service, communication and pricing...in a time when all of those traits are quickly disappearing from most retailers.
Communication and price negotiation before purchase were clear and pleasant. My watch was promptly shipped and received. We had a small issue in that it didn't come in the original box. But, great communication led to a quick, acceptable resolution.
I'll definitely shop with TTT in the future.

So as not to raise expectations too high, I won't even begin to express the details of my praise because TTT (is it Mendy?) went way above and beyond in the process of my buying two Porsche Design watches. Suffice it to say that the watches were brand new and beautiful, as described, and priced well below competitors. The buying process made so much sense and was so simple and was so prompt -- 5 stars all the way!!

Very bad experience
I purchased a broke defective watch from timetotrust and didn’t realize it was broken which is my fault, I should have read the description. I have a month to return but they won’t send me a return label. I purchased as a guest on eBay and every time I try to do a return it says oops something went wrong. I also see the same broken watch they sold me still up for sale. I think that’s really weird.
