I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. SCAM SCAM SCAM. ordered a Fox body pillow Jan 31/21 on impulse buy for my niece and not only was it never sent but cc got compromised after the transaction. How they can still be allowed to run a site is beyond me

Product never shipped, no replies to emails
I ordered a giant fox plushie on Feb 1. It is now Feb 28 and it still says "awaiting shipment." Customer service has not replied to any of my emails. I thought it might've been too good to be true. I want to assume the best, but it looks like everyone else is hsving the same experience.
