Tim Horton Dundee

Tim Horton Dundee: Haven’t been for several months. Decided on a whim to pop in. In the past it’s been disappointing and lo and behold it is still disappointing. Ordered two meals from two different machines. No receipt. Not acceptable. Receipts should be automatic. The chicken tenders were cool. Not warm. The pulled pork melt was warm but only had pork on one side. Both lattice fries were cold. This after many advertisements saying the food was freshly prepared. Depends on your definition of freshly methinks. The one saving grace was the coffee. It’s very good. No complaints there. The rest? Sub par.

Went to Plymouth restaurant at 4.30pm

Went to Plymouth restaurant at 4.30pm. Should have been fresh food cooked and hot. Never again. Burgers cold and waffle fries cold and chewy. Expensive over £80 between 7 of us for a burger, donut and Dr Pepper but would have been acceptable if food was hot and fresh. Very poor quality food, no wonder it was almost empty at tea time too.

Do yourself a favour and DONT BOTHER

I tried the delivery service twice over two weeks. The first time the food was way below standard and cold on arrival. I thought that this may have been a one off so tried it for a second time however I had the same disappointment cold and not worth the money, do yourself a favour and stay.

Great breakfast at a great price

Thanks to the team at Silverburn for the excellent service today. Our bacon rolls were a little slow in coming out but the staff kept us informed. They were fresh and hot when they arrived and we were given an extra slice of bacon! We also were offered a donut to make up for the short wait. In my opinion Tim Hortons do the best bacon roll of all the coffee shops and can't be beaten for price.

Requested a delivery at lunch time.

There was one portion of lattice fries missing. I ordered coconut caramel frappe due to allergies received Oreo frappe with cows milk. The deluxe mixed doughnuts box contained 5 chocolate which were stale and one cinnamon. I will not order again from this company in the future.

I go in every morning for coffee which to begin with was great but gradually this was not a service. Drive thru seems to be more important than people actually in the restaurant. Over the last 2 weeks I have waited up to 15 minutes for a coffee. Staff advise their hours have been cut but 2 staff trying to work the drive thru and restaurant is ridiculous. I have given this restaurant many chances but back to Starbucks I go

Sealand Rd Chester - was curios but now informed!

Ordered the vegan wrap - the chicken bit was way overcooked and had loads of raw onion in it. Totally inedible. Hubby had vegetarian chicken burger - it’s the same burger as the wrap so also over cooked. Lattice fries were cold, chewy and overcooked, brown. Coffee smelt like an ashtray. £17 and hardly anything eaten. Don’t think TH will be around long!

The burgers reminded us of the canned variety that we got from a market stall in the late seventies, leaving a strange aftertaste. The frappes weren't to bad hence two stars and the doughnuts weren't anything special, so overpriced. Definitely not returning.
