Boldon Branch - Struggling.
Pulled up to the drive through enticed with images of breakfast to find a small sign on the intercom saying no eggs available.
Realistically this is more than half the breakfast menu wiped out…
Earlier notice would have got me out the queue but I suppose it helps guarantee a sale by trapping the customer in the drive through queue.
Over 15mins waiting in the car park for the food… wondering how long it should take since we’re obviously not cooking eggs. It’s bacon, bread, sauce and hash browns…
Looking at the guy next to me ‘Sorry about your wait’…. No mate. Sorry for the lack of efficiency, the slow service, the fact that there’s over 7 staff I can see and they can’t handle measly numbers of customers. Be sorry for the manager not getting a grip of their staff. If they don’t want to work then move them on.
Just shoddy.
To customer service - this isn’t a job for you to explore further, take an email and build a database on. This is a need for senior management to get a stern word and hypothetical foot up the backsides of slow and possibly hungover staff.
(20min mark now)
(25min mark - the service here is utter rubbish. It’s fast food. Cook and deliver. There’s 3 people in the shop queue. Mystery shoppers would have a field day.)
(30 min mark - I’m now watching other people after me in the queue get their orders.)
Shoddy.
Opened the product and they’ve missed out the sauce. Really?
I loved this expirence
Tim Hortons Harlow :(
As we were near a Tim Hortons while shopping in B&M, we decided to try Tim’s.
The first menu screen didn't work, so we tried a second, which worked.
We ordered a medium tea and a medium French vanilla latte for £7.89! The menu said you could select what sort of milk you wanted and if you wished to have sugar-free sweetener or sugar. We chose milk and sweeteners for both drinks. When my husband went to collect the drinks, the server said they don't put sugar or sweeteners in the coffee. Why add that option to the menu?
My husband's coffee was good. However, my tea was served lukewarm and had to be replaced as it also looked like the tea bag had burst.
A staff member was meant to have brought the replacement tea but forgot. Tim’s wasn't busy either. I finally got a hot cup of tea when my husband went over to the till to get it. The server did come over to apologise. We are never going to set foot in a Tim Hortons again. It's too expensive, and the service is inferior. We will stick to McDonald's in future.

1st visit
1st visit; Thurrock Lakeside.
Very clean, warm, nice atmosphere. The food smelled good and the donuts were also very tempting.
Chicken burger was OK, lattice fries were not hot, but the manager changed them for fresh ones when asked, and they were very nice.
I will be back to try their breakfast menu.

Excellent place for good food and coffee. Louise was an excellent employee.
Good after sales customer service.
Visited the Dundee drive through before closing and was given a box of Timbits with only two flavours. I didn't realise until I got home.
Obviously this was due to the time of my visit, but it would have been better if they had informed before paying or given the chance to swap for something else, but I emailed customer service and got a quick and suitable response - something not many other places do - hence the 4 star review.

Spent over £15 on a hotdog meal and timbit donut box (20). My son was very unimpressed with the tiny amount of lattice fries and wouldnt eat the hotdog due to amount of mustard and the timbit 20 piece box we bought for £7.50 only had 16 pieces in it! Tried once and never again

Excellent Service provided by the employee Urooba Sherwani at TimHortons. Love the quality of food & coffee. Definetly going to visit again
Didn’t accept cash
Didn’t accept cash. Ended up having to give my food for free as handed it to me then asked for payment in digital only . In England we have cash … I will use cash …. If you can’t accept cash I will never return… I’d like to also add … I’m not impressed with the quality and rate of the food . The meat taste v cheap and the hash browns tasted bitter … even if you guys did take cash I wouldn’t return …. Please do us a favour and take your brand back to Canada
Stone cold food…
Ordered from Swansea branch with Uber eats cost £28.55 for two meals when delivered they were stoned cold and not even edible the distance was about 10 minutes max a lot of money for cold food and got refunded £2.29 which was for delivery will not be ordering again really disappointed
Penrith Lack of Menu Available
Penrith; 7th Jan 20:30.
No beef burgers at all, Supply Chain issues (apparently). Staff were disorganised and generally unmanaged. Customer in front of us was ignored and not served until I prompted. Only burgers available Vegan and Chicken. Self service tills were unusable for certain items so couldn't order anything.
Person serving had no idea about what was in stock and available. We called in for a surprise for my boys and was very disappointed. I've used other sites without an issue, this is my 'home' store.
Given the lack of menu options, poor service and incredibly bad experience, we walked out only having purchased a box of doughnuts.
Is this really the experience you want Customers to have?

Taken 30 minutes wait for two children's meal . Wished I didn't bother at all .
Poor is an understatement
This is the 3rd time we have been to Tim Hortons in Mansfield and the 3rd time the orders have been cocked up and missing. The staff seem clueless and uncaring and this time we ever use them
Swansea Tim Hortons
Visited the Swansea Branch, should have walked away when I witnessed multiple customers returning to the counter due to errors with their orders. Still I thought I would give them a chance. Got order, realised a complete meal was missing, they fixed this. Hot Dog was hard as a old boot. Lattice fries cold, cheese toastie was disgusting. Only slight saving was the drinks were ok. Restaurant not busy, loads of staff, clearley nobody really running the show.
Turning away custom due to not…
Turning away custom due to not accepting cash boggles the mind.
Is it just down to the collection of data?
Please explain.
Bottom of the pile
The bacon double burger was lukewarm at best and the burgers tasted like cheap fairground burgers, and the lattice fries were again lukewarm and soft and you had to peel them apart from each other to eat, on a brighter note the coffee is ok.
I hope my poor experience in the Oldbury location is noted because having read so many other reviews then you guys cannot survive. Let the top brass at Tim Hortons know that your food is truly bottom of the pile in its category

The service was amazing it was fast and cheap i would 100%come again
Truly Horrible
The burger was dry and totally tasteless, the 'fries' were undercooked, cold, and flabby. It was truly horrible and left me wishing I had gone to McDonalds.
