I like your coffee and the staff at Park Royal are friendly (generally). Which is why its 2 stars and not 1. For some reason some of the staff members pour large coffees short, not sure why they do th... See more

Feel good Family experience…
James always makes a visit to my favourite Tim Hortons a feel good experience! Thanks James. The latte was amazing! Service was quick, clean new restaurant, friendly staff and friendly neighbourhood! I can't wait for my first taste of Tim Hortons coffee every morning.

The worst food I’ve eaten ever
The worst food I’ve eaten ever. The chicken tenders and waffle fries were soggy and luke warm. I will never go back. Disgusting.
Won't be Back
Used to frequent here on an approx monthly basis. Very fond of the Caramel Apple Fritter Doughnut. However I've had a poor experience with the coffee a few times. Expensive yet made my machine with little human input- so little that I was once served just milk when the machine ran out of coffee! The "Old Fashioned" doughnuts are absolutely disgusting and taste like what I can onlu describe as sour off meat. Unfortunately this taste carries over to the Timbits. Savory menu items are poor quality and overpriced for the portion size. To end on a positive, the stores tend to be clean and the last iced latte I had there was really good. When they get the coffee right it's a nice flavour profile.

Bad service
Bad service. Staff is slow. Staff ignored us as we were trying to order and joked around with their colleagues. Once they noticed the line was very long they decided to take our order. They could barely understand stand what we wanted to order. By the way we were walk in customers.
This was not the first time. I gave them three tries and I will never go back again.
This was the Industrial Way location in Chilliwack BC.
I hear that the other location are just as bad.
If I could give them a negative star review I would.
Another great experience at the 180
Another great experience at the 180 west rd Huntsville location. If great was looking at Flys all over the donuts that are in the frond cases(this was not 1 fly or two, i counted at least 10). Then politely tell the employee about it and get told if I am ordering plz hurry and do so. So I just said have a nice day with Friends and walked out .
No understanding of language and you are not the only ones either
My husband and I were at our granddaughter‘s baseball tournament in London, Ontario, Saturday, and Sunday. Saturday we went to the Tim Hortons and West London, and could not understand the man on the other end of the speaker nor could he understand us so we drove up to the window and a woman came and apologized. The order on the screen was correct. We wanted two iced coffees and a bagel and a bun but when we got to the window, she apologized and served us stuff through the window and the coffees were hot so we won’t be there again on Sunday. We left the ball tournament and decided to do. The Tim Hortons In Byron right on the main street same thing couldn’t understand us and we asked for iced coffee and got hot coffee. It seems to be an issue at all these places so we will not be back to a Tim Hortons. they apologize and said the speakers were low-grade speakers and they couldn’t understand us. That’s a load of garbage. They just don’t understand they can’t converse in English so you need to do some changing of your people or you’re going to lose a lot of business. Everybody seems to be complaining about that language barrier.
Has Tim Hortons been brought out by…
Has Tim Hortons been brought out by South Asians? What has happened to Tim Hortons?
Just got back from a trip to Canada and visited 3 different stores all were staffed by South Asians. (As is the newly opened one near us in the UK). Never use to be like this in the stores in Canada where did all the Canadian staff go?
All 3 provided awful service totally disorganised, staff were rude and items came out randomly, rather than completing one order at a time it was a random mix of orders one drink type at a time. Not a single please or thank you! The stores were all filthy - were we in Canada? It sure felt like we were in India.
In one place we asked multiple times about our order only to be looked at blankly and ignored, it turned out the order had been sitting on the counter right by us but was never called out. When we finally got it (asked a different employee) they lied and said the other staff member had called out our name and got very aggressive. The only Canadian in the store sent us I am sorry looks, and looked like she really didn't want to be there. All they had to say was "I am sorry your order was delayed" but no it was our fault we didn't get our order even though we asked at least 3 times where it was.
We completed the complaints form on the website as they had asked Google reviewers to do this and got back a message that was either automated or from someone who clearly hadn't read the information given. The email asked for all the details which had been given on the original form. Location, did we speak to a staff member etc. - My response check the information already sent! Response back - we have sent your complaint onto the store. What is the use of that?! The store is clearly badly managed so store manager isn't going to do anything!
After this final experience we decided to get our coffee from any other chain but not Tim Hortons on the rest of our trip.
Fantastic, please, please start up in Nottingham
Fantastic please please bring a Tim Hortons to Nottingham UK 🇬🇧 we have just cine back from Canada and been to this shop every day. Your food and drinks are absolutely lovely, great taste , refreshing, great value. The taste far beats greggs which is popular here so we need a Tim Horton's please 🙏 😀 😊
For the first time I ordered the Bbq…
For the first time I ordered the Bbq chicken bowl - not sure I would order it again. The chicken was a little overcooked and the bbq sauce/seasoning was too spicy. The salad was a loss - mostly cucumber (which I can’t eat); limp lettuce - did not even touch it. So that’s why I probably won’t order it again.
smells in drink
iced brown sugar latte , large with sugar cane syrup ,
date 21 August around 11.50 pm i ordered it but its smelly taste bad
Niagara on the Lake location
Niagara on the Lake location. Saturday @7:30 am. On motorcycle. In the middle of 5 cars. On my way to work. Used this location once a week for the last 2 months. Waited for at least 4 min waiting for the order person to say "What can I get for you today". Nothing. Waved my arms at the camera. Nothing. Got off bike to wave, looked at cars behind me and shrugged. No response. Gave up and went to window, had to knock to get any response. Was told that motorcycles don't activate sensor. Bullsh`t. I have pulled up alone and with other vehicles with no problem in the past. I was told that they don't normally serve motorcycles. Absoulty astonished at this statment, after mutiple visits in the past. I will inform all of the members of the dozen or so cycle clubs that I belong to, which will expand the review count to 1000's along with all the social media posts this will get around. The blue turbaned employee did not care or offer any apology. So i left to go McD's. Last time in a Tim's
Fabulous service at Tim Horton's in South Lancaster Ont.
I stopped at the Tim Horton's in South Lancaster Ont. last Sunday late afternoon to load up on raisin tea biscuits as they aren't sold in QC where I live. They were out but the lady working -Donna -asked me if I could wait ten minutes and she would bake some for me so I could bring them home. She did and they were ready quickly. That was extremely kind of her. Thank you.
senior ad
I am so tired of the seniors in the pool ad. The man is not your typical senior, he is overweight and over tanned, The woman is sexualized in her touching and actions, then they are shown sneaking off up the path. The 4 drinks displayed in the ad have nothing to do with the situation. I believe this ad was made solely to sexualize seniors and as a senior, I find it insulting and demeaning.
Stop asking me questions …
I ordered an ice cap and I said that’s it the Tim Horton worker asked do you want a brownie I said no that’s it and she said do you want a donut I said no then I poled up before she could ask me any more questions
I’ve been going to Tim’s in sage creek…
I’ve been going to Tim’s in sage creek in wpg since it opened and service and cleaniliness was good UNTIL they renovated and now the restaurant is dirty especially the washrooms . I went today and the sign was up on the women’s washroom. Stating it was being cleaned. I heard the toilet flush the guy (sumit) came out and I went in . This bathroom had NOT been cleaned . There was stool all over the inside of the toilet the sink was filthy . The only thing that had been done was garbage looked like it had been emptied. Further to that the service is very slow and staff do not seem to know what they are doing. I shouldn’t have to wait 14 mins for a cup of coffee … also staff not knowing if I could order a lunch sandwich at 10 am etc.. very disappointed.i will go elsewhere!
Check your order every time
This is Tim Hortons Summerside water street PE. At drive through today. Completely wrong order. You must check the bag before you leave every time. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m sick of settling for my wrong order. I’m returning it today when I’m in town
Update: Took it back today. Went inside this time. Was given the wrong order AGAIN! I had the guy behind me his order. Finally the right order. Remember people always check
We will never be visiting a tim hortons…
We will never be visiting a tim hortons location anywhere in Squamish BC ever again.
