Iets verkopen wat niet bestaat en probleem bij de klant laten

We kochten roze stoelen van Hartman. Ze leverden Italian Terra. Deze kleur hadden we al gekocht bij hun concullega.
Toen we hem vertelden dat ze niet de roze stoel hadden geleverd conform advertentie kregen we te horen dat Hatman geen roze stoelen had maar dat deze er erg op leken. Op ons verzoek de stoelen te retourneren kregen we te horen dat het retourneren 50 euro kost.
Ons verzoek geen kosten in rekening te brengen omdat zij niet geleverd hadden wat we hadden gekocht werd niet gehonoreerd.
Ik begrijp niet hoe zij dit probleem zo durven af te wentelen. Voel me erg benadeeld.
