I have now gone through 3 of these machines. The last is an S5. I purchased at Costco for $543, due to the no time limit return and I am glad I did. Within 21 months it started to leave streaks and gush water. I have numerous e mails with support and they wanted to offer me a REFURBISHED MACHINE WITH A 3 MONTH WARRANTY and want me to send the machine back. If a new one broke so soon how long will a refurbished one last. The machine went back to Costco. Would NEVER buy the brand again

Called the Company, talked to the young lady on the phone and within 15- 20 minutes. We had the problem resolved and they sent me a new part,,,, Had it in three days & I works great again thank you again.

Great, super fast response to my email wondering when the cleaning solution was going to be back in stoc. They replied with a link to purchase some and it arrived promptly.
