It works!
Sleep hasn't been great despite taking cbd gummies in the morning (keeps me awake if I take at night) so thought I'd try this. It does work. I take 4 drops about 30 mins before going to bed (an hour being turning out the light) and I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. Would definitely recommend trying it and will be back for more.
