If I could give 0,I would!! Made my account just few days ago and was banned for no reason 🤦 I wrote to customer service,no explanation.
I didn't post or wrote anything that's in terms and conditions. Highly not recommend Tinder

Account under review for no reason there are many people saying the same thing soon as you pay to go gold they take your account. Better some p.o.f or toyboy warehouse none of this shot happening to accounts

Endless FAKE profiles, you can't help but think that Tinder is doing it to spice up the profile pool. Don't waste your time with this site. I contacted customer support about this, told them since it's their site they should be the ones monitoring and controlling all the fake profiles, that it shouldn't be up to the members to report the endless fake profiles, they said sorry, can't help you.

The free monthly boosts that are part of the Platinum pakage dont reload monthly as advertised. When they do load it, you cant use it when you choose. I've had boosts on my account for weeks that their system wont let me use. Ive gotten 2 since June and you only get auto responses when you contact them.

This site is a big scam, and I was one of its victims.
I created an account. I paid for a Gold membership for a year. They asked me to upload photos in specific positions to prove that I am me, and then I was banned?!
I have never violated any T&Cs or Community Guidelines. When I wrote to their customer support, the attendant only knew how to copy and paste the terms that I had highlighted more than once, that I have never violated and that I did the verification they asked, and even with that, I was banned!
Absurd! I will go to my bank to charge back and have my money back.
I don’t recommend this site/app to anyone.

Don't be bad photo genic and choose your best photos because their validation asks for a total closeup of your face, and your best photos will fail to validate your bad photogenic validation...

So be wise and only upload your most horrible photos. That way, when you try to get validated, you will be let through...

Now my profile is in zombie mode, I even paid 200kr for Tinder Gold, but my profile is in sleep mode where I don't get likes or anything...

Go update your crappy validation, so it does not just ask for a closeup and a hand at your ears...

Clearly described payment ONLY for one month, no saved card details. They taken automatically next payment! This is a fraud!!!

I joined tinder on Tuesday and was banned by Friday. I sent 1 message and my profile was me which was easily checked as I logged in with my email linked to my Facebook account.

They ban you, they don’t tell you why they just say you have violated their terms which I have read and I haven’t harassed anyone, put up nudity, sold Sex, used a fake profile, been involved with violence, spam, prostitution or trafficking or anything weird ever!

They asked me to send 2 pics of me doing certain face poses to prove it was me and then banned me! No explanations!

What a waste of time! I’ll be trying hinge or bumble instead!

Tinder . Ban people if they don't sign up to a premium member. All about making money . My profile was 100% genuine. Was only on the site a couple of weeks.

Tinder has the crappiest support help who refuse to help me, i have tinder gold on my account and when i created the account i only put in my phone numbr but it looks like tinder automaticlly used my gmail without telling me and when i lost my phone or well it proppebly got stolen i got a new phone and orderd the same phone numbr as i used before and when i tryd to login into tinder they told me i had to use my email too not just the phone numbr like i uset to do on my old phone. And i dont remember that email cuz it was proppebly a gmail i never use, i only hade it for google playstore any youtube and its a number combination in it that i dont remwmber google automaticcly chose the account for me so i never looked at it in a speciell way and so now i cant login into my account and i have tinder gold that im paying for so i can put my account on "only people who i like first can see my profile" and if i lockdown my bankcard that would change so everyone could see it and in my family its not okey to be gay or on tinder accounts cuz we are a religious family. And i would get shut out from the family and kicked out if they found out i was gay. And im in so much anxiety i can barley breathe all the time and i have even suiecide thoughts to get out of this situation. Im not ready to be out yet and tinder refuse to help me by deleting my account cuz im not texting them from the same email as the one i used for the tinder profile, the one i dont remember. If i could text them from it i wouldnt even be in this situation they are refusing to help me from, my own safty they say account informarion safty but they dont want to unsubscribe me and delete my account. If they qould i would make a new account but i think they are refusing mostly for the tinder gold i have and they would unsubscribe someone who is paying them, atleast thats my frieands opinion. And i feel like so bad i barley sleep and i have this bad feeling of anxiety in my heart and stomic all the time. I need help, idk where to go for help please help me someone i cant take this much longer. I have tryd to prove them im me by showing them a screenshot of my account this girl i meat throw tinder took for me and tell them the phonenumbr ive been using and the paycard numbr ive uset to pay for tinder gold and told them the situation and hole story but they keep answering the same short textmessege.

"Srry we cant help u we will help u when u send us this textmessege from the same email as the account, we hope u understand its for youre own information safty" but its not safty for me and its not like im asking them for giving me the account back im just telling them to please delete the account and subscrition so i can make one i can use and is safe for me. As long as that one is on there its unsafe for me cuz im paying for something i cant use and if i stop paying by locking down my bankcard and make a new bankcard my information and stuff i dont want everyone to see will be there on tinder without my access and i know people on there who hates me and would love to destory me by telling my parents im into girls, gay. Just to be mean and my family would proppebly hate me forever or kill me so im worried and having anxiety all the time and i did explane that to tinders support but they just answerd the same thing, that they can delete it when i text them from the same email. So i need help please somebody help me i cant take this much longer.

It's a good service, but it would be a little cheaper to subscribe. But that's okay.

I'd give this app zero stars if I could. I got banned and when I approached customer service to ask why and if I can correct my "mistake". They just sent some bull crap email they can't help me. I'm so angry I had so many connections on there and hadn't had a chance to give my phone number to be reached elsewhere. Screw this app.

Never use, if you are on it , get out of it, it is a huge scam! The whole swiping culture they introduced in our society is soul destroying!!! it really tarnished the value of relationships forever!

Full of fake profiles and bots, it is just another "Human Farm" , just like the rest of tech companies, The farm us like livestock , for data! even after you pay subscriptions, they still farm you like a digital cow! I am a researcher in safety assurance of AI systems (who are you trying to fool Tinder app?) , so, i will explain how their dark patterns and scam machine work:

1- they are full of fake profiles and bots, most of which they create!
2- the robot (yes, apps are robots!) play with notification in order to grab your attention all the time, specially by recycling already read messages from the past to fool you that you have new messages.
3- you pay to get rid of ads, they still show you ads, their ads.
4- they created these games to gather even deeper personality traits about you. more than Fakebook and google combined (in terms of depth).

you get fake matches only after you pay, run by them, so that they keep you hooked in. The bots are the worst. Absolutely silly cheap scamming tactics to keep people pay for thin air. I travel around the world, and In Dubai, they are like an escort business, an online brothel.

It is about time us men, to really ditch this kind of backward culture run by those tech companies, it is sickening how we all treated like digital cows, even cows dont pay the farmers for the grass they graze on when they enter the farm. but, We, humans, pay our farmers subscriptions to be farmed like chicken!

After paying for over a year, we started another account a few months after deleting our old account. Within 24 hours our new account was banned. I contacted tinder and they said we violated their community standards so me and my wife read them. We have violated no such standards. Mind you we did not have racy photos like most, nor were we looking for sex like a lot. We were looking for friends and got banned. I assume this was because we stated that we are polyamorous in our profile. This is discrimination against us and the lgbtqiapd+ Community. Tinder is a scam. If you are poly or part of the lgbtqiapd+ community stay away from them.

I would like to give them ZERO stars but there’s no choice…
I’ve been online dating for over 5 years and all these sites are really tricky and there are lots lots lots of fake profiles.
TINDER is the WORST one!!! Lots of pretty girls, looking like models but 99% are fake members, scammers.
Tinder is useless!!! Don’t waste your money, time and hopes on that site.

Banned my account wouldn’t give me the reason why I was banned I spend too much money on this dating app.. and they also blocked my IP address which it should be illegal … but I did get my money back through apple and my bank .. I hope this company gets sued one day… I wasn’t rude to anyone on tinder …

Tinder is a log of crap. There probably are suck-cess stories from the loin down there. But those must be very few. If you succeeded with dating apps and dating sites, you must look like Brad Pitt. For the rest of us, it sucks to be the average man.

Registered a free listing account, after three days upgraded to 6 month subscription, within 12 hours my account was blocked and I was told I had breached the terms of Tinder and my account was blocked, no appeal, no explanation no response other than some bot messaging service, don't recommend at all very bad experience...
