Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. They dont send what they advertise and send repeat products from the previous months. They do not reply to emails and block you on social media when you challenge them. Absolutely awful, do not waste your money!

Never received box, ignored all my emails

Like other reviewers, I have never received the box I had ordered yet they took my money and have ignored all emails from me attempting to seek assistance and a refund. Awful. I read about them on BBC as a new start up by women in lockdown and that made me feel I wanted to support their business, but certainly I made a big mistake.

They take your money and deliver no boxes.
Sept £13 paid - no box
October cancelled but they still took £13
No refund for either as yet.
Customer service is shocking
Fed up with it all now. Just want my £26 back. Simple

Terrible service

I am subscribed to a lot of beauty boxes and this is the worst one yet. The communication from this company is absolutely shocking.

I have been subscribed since the start, which they are now on box 2. First time I didn't receive a box and had to chase, which I then got an email sent to me to say dispatched. By then people had received their boxes so mine came late. Which is fine but I had to do the chasing.

My account doesn't even show an active subscription despite me being billed each month which means I cannot cancel easily. I have yet again not received my box. Dispatched on the 11th. I gave it time because of postage delays due to covid. The team ignored my messages until I commented on their account which that comment has been removed. I am still waiting for an email I was told would happen, since Monday. Message sent again and an email and again no response. I want the box I paid for and the subscription cancelled please.

This tingle box has all the feels ...

This subscription box was definitely worth it!! I thought I'd buy it for the fiance as a little treat, and she absolutely loved it! I know at least once a month I'm guaranteed to be in her good books.

I cannot believe all the goodies I got…

I cannot believe all the goodies I got for only £10 a month! I loved all the products things I wanted to try but have never treated myself too! I also got it as a gift for my friend as I knew she would love it as well! The packaging was soooo pretty too! Very happy customer.
