Quick response to delivery issue
My order was delivered badly damaged which is more likely to be the fault of the post office but it meant I was missing items. I contacted support and got an apology less than an hour later promising my missing items to be re-sent and a little extra as an apology- stellar customer service

Fast EU delivery but local post delay
EU delivery was as fast as promised but the local post office could not find the address. They did not have my phone number to call me so it took me more time till I could find what was happening.
Maybe try to include the contact number with the package info to prevent such mishaps.
