Missing item from delivery, 0 response from customer service
I've used these guys for years with non-issue. However my last order was missing an item, which happens no big deal, but after contacting them and getting no response for over a week I'm done.
Edit: I tried contacting via the websites contact us form. I'll try sending an email direct, although it should be necessary...
Edit 2: issues was resolved and compensated, raised to 3 stars as I shouldn't have had to leave a negative review for it to get addressed. Still going to use them though

Simply excellent customer service
Simply excellent customer service, and a special thanks to Jay.
An attempt to order products from this company resulted in frustration at the paygate as it kept coming back as "billing address incorrect", taking the money from my bank account, then returning it immediately, so I wasn't out of pocket - but I was not able to place the order I wanted.
I phoned MyCondom on the number listed and spoke to Jay. Jay was not aware of any issues, but stated that they had switched to a 3D Secure paysite. I guess this may cause problems with integration with Spanish cards.... but he explained that the entire site was undergoing a revamp and so the PayPal option was not presented. He did, however, help me to pay via PayPal to their PayPal address, confirm he had the order printed in front of him and then processed the order manually.
A good company, with great products - and excellent customer service - Well done, 5 stars all the way
