The single worst experience I've ever…
The single worst experience I've ever had trying to sign up to get a debit card. The first time I received the card, the card number didn't match up on the card and the app. The second time the the card number was fine but the name on the card was wrong & lots of the personal details on the form had been filled out incorrectly by Tinkoff staff. About 50 calls with support later and still no solution - don't waste your time and risk your sanity.
Inept customer support who make errors at every step, absolutely useless complaints procedure and unhelpful staff who couldn't care less. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Transfer from foreign card to Tinkoff
I did transfer to Tinkoff bank from Europe through an intermediary bank. Firstly Tikoff provided to recipient that the payment was received. But afterwards, surprisingly kept saying that no payment arrived.
