I was sent the wrong sandals and didn’t get one pair of red ones. I ordered a gold/brown wedge sandal and got plain brown. And there is no phone number to get a hold of them plus the automatic response won’t send my message! Very frustrated

I order two pairs of chunky sneakers, size 8. O e pair was fine but the second pair came with one size 8 and the other size 8.5. I have contacted them only to be told to gift them to so.eone because I would have to pay shipping. I replied that I just wanted what I ordered and didn't understand why it wo I ld cost me anything, I hadn't made the mistake. Besides who knows people with two different size feet. Then they replied via email with a phone number and address. The phone number is bogus and has been reported to the FTC but I still have a pair of sneakers I can't use. They need way better customer service. Now I won't order anything else from them.

Took 3 weeks to deliver item. Just for them to be made CRAZY. The shoes are supposed to be a size 9 but made like a four. The back piece that goes over the heel is like 4 inches short so the front of your foot is hanging over 4 inches 😂😂😂COMPLETE scam. Don’t order from here

It's ridiculous that you can't exchange shoes that don't fit they really ask you to gift them how tacky..they took 3 days to email me back..and shoes are veey uncomfortable 😑 😐 😒

I tried to return 2 pair of shoes because the size was wrong and shoes were not made well. The address was fake and the phone number belonged to a woman who has filed a complaint with the FTC. This is a scam.

The worst online company I have ever experienced. Horrible products, not what they look like online at all. Horrific experience trying to get refunded. Never got part of my order. Don't order from them!

I ordered two pairs of boots. I received one pair of boots. For months now I have been trying to get my refund with no results. After reading many reviews, I realized this is how they scam people. Don't buy from them!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. 1 pair arrived the other pair did not. Tracking shows both were sent. I have emailed 3 times for refund and no response. 50.00 lost

Normally I check reviews of websites before I order but I didn't this time and it was the worst mistake I could've made. It took forever to get my order, to only be set the wrong size. After reading reviews that seems to be the norm for them. I'm not even going to try for a refund. I've read it would be a lost cause.

I’m finally given information to stop this and company such as this from sending their advertising to America.
Can’t wait to attach them to the docket!! Please contact your state representative.

One of the pairs of shoes I ordered didn't fit so I reached out to them to initiate a return. They replied that I instead should just gift them to a friend. What?! After having to email with them a few more times I finally received an address to return the shoes. In the same email they also asked that I provide them with the carrier and a tracking number, which I did. They then replied that they were too busy to track packages and that I needed to track it email them again when it had arrived and again request for a refund. They still have yet to reply to that email and it took them almost two weeks to refund my credit card. If I could give them no stars, I would.

This company sent me the wrong size shoes. Now...they want me to send back the shoes at my expense. I have already paid for shipping fees. If it was my fault I would pay but Tinstree sent the wrong size. Don't pay from this company horrible.. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!@

I got exactly what I ordered. I knew it was a Chinese company and sometimes it may be risky but this time I am satisfied and will order again. The shoes were so comfortable. It did take about 12 days to get here and it did come in a plastic bag but who cares. They are stylish shoes at a good price.

I, like most people didn’t read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and spent about $150. It took a WEEK for them to send me tracking info, when they finally did send it, the 2 out of the 3 pairs of shoes arrived TWO weeks later. One pair was too small, the other pair fits fine and is really cute. It came in a plastic bag though. When asked to send the other pair, I get no response. I’ve sent 3 emails, still nothing. I’m so irritated.. I’m nervous that my bank won’t dispute the charge if I tell them that I did in fact receive the shoes, but only 2 pair and not 3 like I purchased. Still going to try. Overall, bad customer service

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Should have learned my lesson from the SCAM I had previously from one of these fake companies. I ordered a pair of shoes. They came in about a week. So cheap and one is larger than the other. In order to return you have to send them a photo of the item you are returning then after mailing back you have to then email them the tracking number and carrier name. Also when I ordered they asked for a tip!!!! STAY away from these ones that advertise on Facebook and TikTok. They are SCAMS and claim they are in USA when in fact they are overseas. It is now a year from the SCAM I had- no merchandise and they kept my 300.00. Worked with my bank and BBB and they could not do a thing. BUYER BEWARE. For me….. LESSON LEARNED

Since I'm seeing so many one star reviews on here I know exactly what kind of a company this is. You ready for this? It's a Chinese company. Do not order from Chinese companies. They will screw you over like you will not believe. Here's the deal though folks don't use klarna don't use anything like that at all put it on your credit card if you really want to take a chance on ordering stuff from the site. That way if they give you the runaround on returning.... the shoes have flaws in them... they're not really leather like they claimed ...whatever ....your credit card company If you file a dispute will just hold the money and more than likely the stupid company is not going to dispute it and you will get your money back. Best advice I can give you. I had one of these Chinese companies fool me at first selling fake uggs and boy did my credit card company put a stop to them! PayPal too. If you order through PayPal they will put a stop to them as well. Please just keep this in mind.

If i could give a Zero star I would. I ordered ankle boots from them and I received the wrong size. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to cover the return fee.I was also told to regift it or they could send me a credit for my next purchase. I should have done my research before buying. I do not recommend this website.

I ordered four pairs of shoes, two of which were defective and one that never arrived. I asked to return the two defective pairs and was given the run around. The company refused the return, asking me to gift them, then offered a coupon. This is terrible customer service. I will never buy from this company again.

Awful and not as presented
These are plastic. NOT leather. The sole/heel is not as shown. It’s glued together!! So disappointed. I waited two weeks and spent my hard earned money on crap. The return process is going to be awful too I’m sure. Disgusting on the inside too with faux fur that’s ugly too!!! I’m furious
