i bought 5 games for my grand children and upon delivery found the cheapest tat ever to come through my door. cardboard playing surfaces and playing pieces so small they could never be declared safe to use in this country. the company should be investigated even if only from the point of safety certificates for children's toys

No communication about delays, only 1 reply saying they received overwhelming orders and delivery take 15 days once shipped. We have ordered 3 weeks ago and the order is yet to be ready to be shipped. Waiting for cancellation and refund.

It’s a scam. Honestly don’t ever order from
Here again. Nothing is true. I will never buy anything from social media. These people will send notifications item is in transit while courier Evri hasn’t even received it. however it didn’t even leave China. These people are scammers ! Worst by fair. Don’t order from here. I will report it to my bank.

Cheap dropshipping company that purchases from china and falsely advertises as a UK couple brand but sends cheap products and makes profit

Ordered 2 colour match games. They arrived soo small and cheap quality. I requested a return but was told I could send them back to Switzerland for a refund or accept 30% refund and keep the items.
I am soo disappointed 😞 on face book, they looked large in the pictures. Very deceitful.

If I could I would award 0 points for this company. They trade under a UK website but goods seem to be cheap tat from China. I bought a game which looked big next to the adult player’s hand and another photo even had a 21cm ruler beside it, but when it came it was a quarter of the size claimed. You can only get a refund by posting the game back to Austria, which negates the refund.

I ordered several toys for my grandaughter's birthday believing this to be a UK based company. It took weeks to arrive from China and two of the boxes were damaged and look like something I'd bought in a charity shop, (the 'packaging' was a plastic bag). The value of these items was £19, I contacted Tiny dreams and asked for a refund. Their response was to offer me 15% off and keep the products, I refused so they came back with either 30% off and keep the products or return them to an address in Austria at my own cost. I'd already paid £2.95 postage and had no intention of being even more out of pocket so I was forced to accept their 'generous' refund of £5.67 !!! I'll never use this company again and I'd advise others to steer clear. No doubt I'll get their generic reply to this post to contact customer services .... waste of time doing that so I won't bother

Update on my previous one star review regarding the broken childs projector I purchased. They wanted me to send it back to China before they would refund me which with the cost of recorded delivery would have been very expensive and not even sure if I could trust them. They refused point blank to send me a postage free addressed return form, so I took it up with my credit card company who informed me that they were infringing Master Card regulations. I was refunded in full by my credit card company and informed that Mastercard would take it up with Tiny Dreams themselves. Be warned, if you still insist on purchasing from this company, please make sure that you pay with a credit and not a debit card.
Update: Please read the odd 5 star reviews as some state that they are from GB yet for some reason they have American English spelling.

Take money for a product they’re not sending then don’t answer correspondence

Purchased a family hand casting kit, the image on the website shows an adequate size bucket to allow hands to fit into the tub for casting. It has arrived and I could barely fit my hand into it let alone any other family members. False advertising
***Just to point out I complained and was offered a 10% refund, then a 40% refund then a 70% refund. All of which, I refused. I do t see why I cannot be refunded the full price for a product that doesn't match the description, as per consumer rights. I was told in their last email 70% was their final offer and they will not be offering anything else. Alas, I have emailed every other day and not had a reply. Absolute scam, do not order from here.

I bought 'Shut the box family game'
Myself and my 3 granddaughter's ages 13, 7 & 5 love the game!
Really good as the 2 younger children are learning through play :)

I ordered a Peek a Boo Teddy and when it arrived it did not work, I emailed the company and was asked to send a short video of the teddy not working, Kyle instantly offered me a refund or a new teddy. I chose to have another teddy and I’m so glad I did, it’s beautiful, can’t fault the after service or the product. If I could just mention perhaps improve the packaging as I did think this would come in a box but it was just in bubble wrap and a plastic outer box, I know the box will just end up in the bin but as it was for a gift it would have been nice to have it nicely packaged.

I wouldn’t call it an outright scam - the game did arrive - but it’s very misleading compared to how it’s advertised. On their website, it appears quite substantial, roughly 25×25 cm, with large, colourful balls. In reality, it’s a tiny square with balls the size of peas.
Looking back, there is a photo indicating the board is 10.5×10.5 cm, but I was clearly misled by the visuals in their videos and images. Lesson learned - I fell for a Facebook ad. From a legal standpoint, they’re in the clear, so i won’t bother trying to return it.
If you check their “Colour Match Logic Game - Interactive Marble Puzzle for Kids & Adults,” grab a ruler and see how small 10.5×10.5 cm actually is. And even that is generous - the usable playing area is reduced by thick borders, leaving roughly a 7×7 cm space with 7 mm balls.

How on earth can we get this company fined? They are not UK based, they sell cheap knock off chinese products marketing them to look expensive and make themselves look legit. Scam company, fake fake fake. The person(s) behind are awful people.
Recieved my baby night light today which is actually a cheap plastic camping nightlight in a damaged box.

Horrendous. Items are tiny compared to their pictures. The game is ordered is microscopic abd we can't use it as the pieces are too tiny to pick up. It was a fiver. I should know better. Scammers. I'm going to trading standards

Everything comes from China but this isn't obvious when ordering. Takes forever to arrive. One item was ok but the other was tiny and couldn't really be used. Won't order again

This lot are scammers so beware. Despite a number of false promises that my parcel is on its way I have still not received anything from them. Their website is highly deceptive and gives the impression of being a friendly family type business - well it isn't! I strongly suspect its yet another dodgy Chinese outfit. AVOID THEM.

I respect that other reviewers have struggled with their experience. I have found Tiny Dreams efficient and very informative during the process. It does take a fair amount of time from order to delivery but that is explained upfront. I was in no hurry so all was fine.
