Bought a xiaomi phone

Bought a xiaomi phone. Stopped working after a week. Sent it back to China. After 9 months still no repaired phone.

They admitted they had lost the phone, but they would send a comparable model. After two months they indeed sent a phone, but a Chinese version that was pretty much useless in Europe. Also I suspect it was a refurbished model because it crashed after 5 minutes and then got stuck in a bootloop.

So I got I asked what to do next. They said "nothing, your warranty period has expired. Bye".

Crap company.

I've just read a lot of bad reviews for …

I've just read a lot of bad reviews for tiny deals, I've only purchased 2 items 1 smartphone which I'm happy with and 2 plug in mosquito repellant gadgets yet to be tested. I think one of the problems is that I've heard they have subsidised postage, so when buying cheap gadgets which probably are rubbish its not even worth what the postage would be, which is why buying from Europe and not China is more expensive, I've had no trouble with my smart phone, I guess the point is don't buy the cheap stuff

Worse Service on the web

I bought a mobile telephone from them in August. It came from their Spanish warehouse (I live in Spain).
However, the wrong mobile arrived, a cheaper one then what I ordered.
I emailed them, sent them numberous pics that they requested, again and again.
However, they wanted me to return the mobile to them in China (I ordered it from the Spanish warehouse) at my cost. Why my cost if it is not what I ordered.
I explained that I would keep the mobile, just refund me the difference. They insisted I return it to China. I explained over and over in various emails, however just the same reply.
Then I eventually gave up, just not worth the hassle.

No satisfied with service. Doe's not want to take responsibility.

The day I received this product I opened it and it had a transmitter with a broken antenna. I wrote tinydeals notifying them about this broken antenna after I tried driving the truck and noticing that it did not want to go any further than a couple of feet in front of me. I have two friends with the same trucks that's why I wanted one and there's go all the way to the end of the block no problem. Tinydeals response is to show video or pictures of the damage. I sent in pictures and got a response from them asking me to file a damaged package complain to the shipping company. When I receive my box there was no indication that the shipping company damaged it. The box was in great condition. Assuming what happened the person who boxed the controller in the white box must have damaged it while Packaging. I Message tinydeals letting them know what I think happened and they offered me a small refund. The refund is not even enough to cover a new transmitter. They seemed very adamant and want to put the blame on the shipping company. I'm not going to waste my time emailing shipping company and tinydeals and having to do the runaround for an item that was supposed to be brand new and undamaged. I can never recommend anyone to buy anything from Tinydeals because I feel like I cannot trust their service and they do not stand behind what they sell. I had to buy new electronics for the truck out of my own pocket to fix the problem. If they find a way to make me satisfied that they are a good company to buy from I might change my mind. But for now I do not use tinydeals.com. wish I came here and seen that they have a bad rating before I purchased from them.

Save yourself the grief. Don't buy from Tinydeals

I ordered a LED bulb. The bulb was ‘Dead On Arrival’ (DOA). I filled out the online form, requesting a replacement. The customer service rep asked me to MAKE A VIDEO! This was an un-necessary step. I had already submitted a photo of the dead bulb with packing. Why a video of a bulb that doesn’t light up anyways? I exchanged many emails with their representative, she kept making unreasonable requests. All I want was a working replacement. It was not an option. Total waste of my time! And money.
Save yourself the grief. Shop at Amazon. Their service is much better.

Terrible Product Quality

I've had nothing but bad experience with this company. I ordered a bluetooth receiver from them. It arrived without a working rechargeable battery. They only credited me with a partial refund and shipped another. It was in same condition. They again only gave me a partial refund and I applied the credit to another purchase. I have bought 5 o 6 items from them. One was a gift to someone so I don't know its end result. I am still waiting for one. None of the others are functional after a few months of light use.
DON'T USE THEM FOR ANT ELECTRONICS!

Bad customer service, lost item

My order was supposed to arrive in 15 - 25 working days after this time I contacted them as the tracking info came back with an error all the time. They assured me they gonna sort it out in 10-15 working days. Nothing happened. It's has been 2,5 months since I've placed my order and the only thing I got it's a automated message that they gonna give me some points I can spend there. No option to get a replacement or a cash refund. The price of the item tripled in the past few months so I cannot even order it with the points they provide. Very bad experience....

One of the worst experiences buying ever.!!! Thank God for my payment protection company!!!

After taking way too long to arrive, I finally received the items that I had purchased. One of the items which is a portable car air purifier was DOA right out of the box. When I first plugged it in, the unit immediateley started smoking. It was a good thing that I pulled it out of the cigarette lighter socket. I then contacted tiny deal and requested a replacement or refund. The Chat room rep. [Name] ,wanted me to plug it back into my car and shoot a video of it smoking. Is this guy crazy? I told them that I refused unless they made themselves responsible in case my car cought fire or if there was any electrical damage to my car. So then they started ignoring me and ended my chat room session. I didn't give up there. I went ahead and plug their crappy device back in my car and filmed it per their instructions and even had to upload it to a video website. I then took all the pictures that they require (which is about adozen) of the mail packaging (front and back), the item packaging (front and back) and all the serial numbers and proof of purchase. I uploaded them all to their lacking website which by the way, although they request all this information from you, is not capable of uploading all the information requested unless you resize every freakin thing. Nevertheless, I got it done. Eat that TInyDeal! Below are links to my videos that they also requested.

[Links]

I emailed them twice to two seperate emails???? "HK" and "Sales" Talk about confusing the customer.

Guess what people? No response. So what I did was place a claim with my payment protection company and I magically received a response from them. Please read the email thread below.

10/15/2014 15:05 PDT - : Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim.
10/15/2014 15:05 PDT - Buyer: I already provided the seller all the documentation that they requested. I have proof of email and video documentation if needed. I no longer wish a replacement. I only request a refund of $4.93
10/15/2014 15:01 PDT - Buyer: I already emailed you what you requested several hours ago. I e-mailed you pictures and even a video against my better judgement.
10/15/2014 14:36 PDT - Seller: Can you show me some pictures , better a video to this email llink [Link] contact-us we will confirm it for you and give you a solution , thanks ,
10/15/2014 14:36 PDT - : TinyDeal Co. LTD denied request for a $4.93 USD refund.

Tiny DEal...Accept that you are wrong. Accept that you make it hard for your customers to get a refund for what they bought. Moral of the story, never buy from TinyDeal...because you get a raw deal...and you wind up having to fight a BIGdeal just to get what you should have gotten to begin with. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Probably best avoided

Before you buy, check out their retuns/defective goods policy - they mean every word. You have virtually no worthwhile warranty.
I bought 2 items (fairly expensive). Both were defective - completely
I don't know if this is symptomatic of the quality of their goods.

TinyDeals delivered a faulty product and tried to extort money

I got a faulty and absolute useless product. Customer support, rather than apologizing and offering a replacement or a full refund, asked me to pay additional 90% of the price for a replacement. I assume this was a scheme to extort more money. Long correspondence resulted in nothing but absurd responses.
NEVER buy anything from TinyDeals!
