Terrible customer support response time
Update: The correct people were finally contacted and they made changes to make sure that they can respond faster. They provided me with a video detailing my daughter's results as well as recommendations that fit our needs (no inflammatory ingredients like seed oils).
Original Review: We reached out to Tiny Health over a week ago with a concern that warranted a response from a specialist. Eight days later, we have still not heard back from anyone with actual expertise on the matter.
For a company that markets itself around children's health, this level of responsiveness is unacceptable. When parents come to you with concerns, timely follow-through from qualified staff should be a baseline expectation — not something you have to chase.
I hope this feedback prompts some real changes to how support requests are handled.
