Ivonne from customer service was wonderful to deal with. I had a problem with a discount code. She researched and got to me quickly with her very kind response. Ivonne made sure to show me, through a copy of the invoice, that the code was applied. I appreciate how prompt she was in responding. It’s great when customer service is quick and direct. Kudos to Ivonne for a great job.

UPDATE:
First off, one star remains. The company, over the span of over 5 weeks “corrected” the issue. We ordered the easel, it showed up grossly incomplete. After talking to the company for weeks and being told that it was never supposed to come with the contents as described on their website (despite having the screenshot) they agreed to send the missing items. We waited and waited and more items showed up but still not what was expected. We were told the easel clips were on back order and would have to come from China. Shoot to a couple weeks later and an entirely new easel was sent that had all the items the first one was supposed to have. All we wanted were easel clips. They sent an entire easel. Along with the easel came a request to delete or modify my reviews with instructions on how to do it. I wasn’t interested in modifying my review until today when a package of pink easel clips showed up. Mind you the easels are Camel and Green. Upon inspection of said easel clips they are nothing but chip clips. So in total we received a camel easel set, incomplete, a green easel set, complete, various items that had been missing and a plethora of chip clips. All they had to do was make things right after the first email. Five weeks ago.
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. Never have I ever dealt with a company as inept as this one. My daughter in law used TL to purchase a kitchen and we purchased an easel. We expected the items in the description for the easel to be included but they didn’t come. After weeks of communicating back and forth the company stated that the items were never supposed to be included due to an error on the website but they would send them to us as an exception since we had a screenshot of the website. Otherwise I’m certain we would never have been treated correctly. We will never use this company again.

Customer service specialist Ivonne assisted me with the discovery and order of a broken piece for our play kitchen, and was a wonderful and kind support person. She was able to submit the order despite the item being out of stock right now and informed us that it should arrive next month.

We have purchased serval items from Tiny Land and have been satisfied with every one. The customer service is wonderful and responsive to any questions I had. Anne in customer service followed up with me constantly, including when she didn’t hear back from me. As a mother of two, that was so helpful! Overall, my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing.

The product was amazing (toy kitchen that was way nicer than any others we had seen). When our rowdy kids broke a piece of the kitchen, the company had amazing customer service in helping us get the part we needed to fix it. I'm super impressed and will definitely shop from them again.

The Kitchen is as amazing! My only complaint was that it took me five hours to build. Well worth it because my granddaughters loved it.
