I ordered the Premium Play Kitchen & Fridge Set prior to Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift for our 20-month-old daughter. Unfortunately, upon delivery the play kitchen box was opened and damaged resulting in damage to 2 parts. I reached out to customer service and Chris was highly responsive, quick to help me, and very kind. He sent out replacement parts as soon as possible. During assembly, another part was damaged and Chris was really great and ordered us a replacement part as soon as possible. All replacement parts unfortunately arrived after Christmas but we were still able to gift the assembled kitchen to our daughter on Christmas and then just swapped out the broken parts later. The fridge also unfortunately got lost in transit and did not arrive in time for Christmas but Chris was very helpful and ordered us a new one. Although the delivery of our items did not go well, I was super pleased with the customer service and cannot say enough great things about Chris and his attentive service. He was highly responsive and thorough providing order and tracking numbers and arrival estimates all while being very kind. Our daughter absolutely loves her play kitchen and is constantly making “mac cheese.” We also love how modern and cute the play kitchen is as it seamlessly matches our decor. We also got the organic food collection and it’s so cute and such great quality!

This company has given me the best costumer service I have ever received! I ordered the kitchen, fridge, and food for pre-order before Christmas. Shipping wasn’t set until January and February. I reached out because I got skeptical but boy did they give prove me wrong. I got a response my tracking number and my package arrived two days after Christmas! First of all the kitchen is so much taller than the standard size I was seeing for play kitchens through other companies so my baby has more play years with it and she’s not towering over it. Also they have responded to me so fast even when I thought the fridge was defective but I put the piece on wrong. They sent me a photo from the instruction manual and told me what I probably did wrong. I just cannot put into words how satisfied I have been. I would recommend a million times !

Ivonne in customer service was very courteous and helpful. I had bought the same mat as my daughter-in-law, so I had to return my mat. Ivonne was quick to answer my questions, and she promptly replied after I sent back the mat to let me know the status of my refund. My grandson enjoys playing on the mat, which is all that matters.

Beautiful little piece of furniture. Highly recommend.

We had a small problem with one piece of the order but Ivonne replied to our inquiry quickly and efficiently, offering options to rectify the situation. In a world where customer service is hard to find, this was a breath of fresh air!

The refrigerator came broken and I tried to reach out to customer service and still haven’t heard back from them about getting a new one.

Love your products but contacting customer support was very difficult and NOT timely. You need to provide a phone number instead of just an email.

The play kitchen is attractive, well built, and inviting for the grandchildren to spend hour playing with.

Elaine was super helpful. Immediately got back to us about some lost parts, helped us figure out their part numbers, and stayed in touch as the order progressed. It's rare to experience that kind of support these days.

Tiny Land, and two of its products, were vetted by my daughter-in-law for me, as a grandmother, to buy for Christmas for our newest "Tiny" family member. I received the 7 in 1 Pikler set which was made of high quality materials and easy to assemble. Just like you see in the pictures.
Sadly and due to an error with the delivery service, and not Tiny Land, the double-sided baby playmat did not arrive in time for Christmas. However, when it was brought to the attention of the company, they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement mat and had it delivered directly to the baby's home which saved me time since we live in different cities. It is not often that you find a company willing to stand by their commitment to a customer, but I can honestly say Tiny Land has great products as well as outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend Tiny Land to anyone purchasing special products for "Tiny" people in their homes!

The Tinyland Stepping Stones have been my kids favorite gift this year! They’re affordable, sturdy, and small enough to not take up much space in our small house. They don’t slip, are lightweight enough for the kids to move on their own, and are incredibly versatile - even flipped over, they’re great for imaginative play.

My kids are obsessed with “the floor is lava,” so these get pulled out every single day. Highly recommend!

The tent we purchased from Tiny Land is perfect for our living room. It is aesthetically pleasing and my daughter LOVES going in and out, playing pretend with her stuffies, and putting her books in the built in pockets. The play mat and mini star lights that are included are the literal icing on the cake of this purchase.

Measurements are accurate. I was worried with the dimensions that it would occupy too much space in our living area, but because it is TeePee shaped it is perfect. I can also fit inside and play with my daughter. Love this item from Tiny Land.

Items were received timely and the quality was excellent. Communication with customer service was very prompt.

Very good quality and easy to put together. My grandchildren are 4 and 2 and they love playing on it.

We assembled it yesterday. Very easy. It is made of quality materials. The only issue I had was with delivery. I was notified “shipped” but didn’t receive so I called. They checked on it and said it was their mistake and it did not ship. Eventually I did receive it but was anxious until it was on my doorstep.

Bought the Tiny Land tents for my granddaughters. They love them!

Customer service was not only prompt, but kind and sincere.
