I bought this kitchen for my granddaughter - timing it so that when I was visiting we could put it together and give to her for her birthday. There was a part that was made incorrectly! There was no one we could put it together. The only way I could communicate with the company was by email. There is no phone number! The part... instead being sent over night was delivered about 10 days later. Needless to say I had gone home by the time it arrived. Communication was mediocre at best. Very Disappointing! A company should have a phone number and when it's the company's fault - they should send the correct part over-night.

The toy kitchen itself is designed beautifully and has so many fun features that my 5 year old loved.
But what really makes this an amazing product is the after-purchase customer service: Ivonne was super helpful and kind, she helped me solve my problem and always responded promptly.

We ordered a tiny kitchen and the food pack for my granddaughter. Hands down the most adorable little kitchen and the perfect size for her. (18 months) SHE LOVES IT!! We also ordered the big pack of wooden food and oh my goodness they are FANTASTIC!! Way to go Tiny Land!! I will definitely be purchasing more form this store in the future.

Amazing customer service! When we received our kitchen the ice dispenser was broken and I sent an email explaining and they got back to me very quickly and within a few days the replacement was being sent out.

My daughter’s rock wall split after only 6 months of using it. She actually barely plays on that side of the piece. She uses the slide mostly. Anyway I contacted customer service to get a replacement and they responded so quickly! We really do love all our tiny land (kitchen, pickler set, and stepping stones) stuff. Now I appreciate them even more for their quick response and backing their products. Will update when I receive the replacement part
Item lost during shipment
First shipment was made right away and one of the items was lost in shipment — certainly not Tiny Land’s fault. When this was discovered, a second shipment was expedited and the item was received prior to Christmas.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars! No joke, I am a mom of two littles and TinyLand products are very nice but their customer service team is THE BEST!!!!!! Hands down. Whether it's replacing parts, tracing down orders or just following up to let you know that something has shipped. They are 100% worth the product investment!
Misrepresentation
I ordered the playset listed for 6 months to 5 years. When delivered instructions said 2-10 years! I asked to return based on the fact that we cannot use it and the company said I would have to pay for postage!
The manufacturer states in large letters on top of instructions 2 - 10 years!

I made sure to order well before Christmas to have everything ready to go and now because of the lack of communication that won’t happen. I still have not received all of my order, and I have not received a reply when I will be getting the rest of my order. It says it was delivered but it was not.
Customer Service
The train table I ordered a while back looked great, but I didn’t receive a delivery notification. It was placed out in the rain at night. It rained all night and a few pieces were ruined. They were going to send replacement pieces. I thought this company was so great! I received an order number and was told it would ship by mid-December.
I emailed this week because I haven’t received a shipping notification. I know it’s a busy time and was scared it had been forgotten. Like other recent reviews, I’ve received no response.
No answer from customer support. Missing product
Had an order with 2 products. They say both were shipped together, but only one came. It’s been 10 days and no answer from customer support. I’ve emailed, Facebook messaged, and Instagram dm’ed. Terrible customer service.
