Aside from the product being something I'm really excited to wear and it being hyper personalized - their customer service was out of this world. It felt personal and went beyond my expectations. They met my needs and it made my week!

Have yet to use it properly but it will definitely come in handy on holiday!

The company were very accommodating and supportive. Even helped when I gave the wrong delivery address...its like nothing was too much trouble. Also love the product!

Loving the tiny tags. Have bought as Christmas presents for my grand daughter & my grown children’s furrbabies 🐶😍, & the stickers as sticking fillers. These are such a godsend, having recently misplaced my reMarkable electronic notepad, it found its way back to me because I had a sticker on it 🤩.

Would absolutely recommend the company to anyone who has kids in the family the founder of Tinytags is extremely kind and helpful she replies back to emails really quick. Overall the products are amazing and easy to use they take less then 5 minutes to set up I will definitely be ordering from them again

Brilliant in every way! I ordered two of the original tinytags first to have on my kids' coats in winter. We tested them a few times and they were brilliant. I had a small issue when they first arrived as I just couldn't understand how to activate them. I reached out and Katie explained it all (basically I hadn't read the instructions on the delivery note properly - you literally had to scan them!) I've since had the wristbands as I didn't really have anywhere for the tags once they didn't need coats - and they've survived everything! I also had the stickers which are fab for using on things like scooters etc. Everything has always been promptly delivered and the customer service has been fab! Really, really recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company! Katie went above and beyond to try and get my order to me in time for our trip to London. Unfortunately, I left the ordering too late and our local hub had a back log of deliveries meaning it didn't get to us in time. However, I have returned to the parcel and the items are great - lovingly packaged too. Can't wait to use these on our next trip. Thank you so much for all your help Kaite :)

What a genius idea and product! My little girl loves her lanyard and wristband! Super quickly delivery and amazing customer care! Would definitely recommend to family, friends and everyone I speak to! Every family should use these!

What an absolutely amazing product! As a SEN mom to multiple SEN children these give me absolute peace of mind!

I have a runner and a wanderer .... these calm my anxiety because if the worst should happen I've got a back up plan!

My favourite thing though above all other trackers etc on the market (I have tried and tested pretty much all of them!!!!)

My eldest son thinks that the bands are an all inclusive band though which means he flashes them at every ice cream venue we pass - a small price to pay to know he is safe! 🍦

I bought the stickers to put on our digital devises - laptop, tablets and phones to give us added security should we lose them. Super easy to create the account and add the details for the QR code. Really fast delivery too. Highly recommend.

Initially I had a problem with a delivery that wasn’t received. I reached out to the company and didn’t hear back, no automated reply or anything. However, since then I have now received communication from the company and received a replacement product and they have checked everything is ok. Product looks great and happy the company have sorted. Would now recommend - I will be using them again.

I never received the item I paid for. I received a damaged envelope but nothing was in it and I reached out to the company via email as their website requested and I heard nothing from them at all. Still ongoing.
