**Order not received

**Order not received; repeated refund requests remain unresolved**

I ordered a bicycle component from Ti-Parts Titanium on October 8, 2026. My order confirmation stated 10–14 days for shipping. When I followed up, the company instead quoted 14–30 days.

The seller subsequently acknowledged that tracking showed the shipment being returned. On October 22, they said they could arrange a refund. I immediately requested it and followed up repeatedly, but their responses continued asking me to wait for their shipping carrier.

As of October 29, I have neither the merchandise nor a refund. A shipping investigation does not resolve my repeated refund requests. Based on how this purchase has been handled, I would not order from this company again.
