I am extremely disappointed by the…

I am extremely disappointed by the hamper for Father's Day and the lack of response from customer services. I ordered a large box for my hamper items. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was a black base and a clear plastic lid, no logo of Tipple Hampers like the picture. Also when I checked the items one had been changed! I was not notified about the change. I tried to call but went straight to answer phone, left a message and still not had a call. Also emailed them and the same, still no response. Would advise not to use this company!
