I have had good experiences in the past…

I have had good experiences in the past with Tiptoe and I think their products are strong and look great.

However I have been waiting for almost two months for delivery now on the legs and brackets I ordered and paid for (this stuff isn’t cheap either!) The only communication I have had from them was a note in early Feb saying ‘don’t worry we haven’t forgotten your order!’ I get that new trading conditions might be difficult but if this company has doubts over how they will fulfill orders then they shouldn’t accept those orders and they shouldn’t take payment. The final frustration was a marketing email received this morning offering free delivery for orders placed now. Any bloody delivery would be a bonus at this point!

Thanks for your opinion , very important for us!

As you know and as already explained by mail, we are experiencing some problems due to Brexit, and the delivery is quite long than usual.

We are still waiting for our UK VAT number to be registered with the Inland Revenue to clear customs and this may take some time.
Since then we have managed to ship several orders including yours which was delivered on March 3rd.

On the other hand, in compensation for these delays and this wait, we have refunded the shipping costs of your order.

Bad mistakes and terrible service!

Made my order in the beginning of December because it was a Christmas present. Received the order on the 22nd, but it was the wrong product. Wrote them immediately after. New package wasn't sent until the 29th.
Customer service stopped replying me.
As others have mentioned the e mails are in French though the order is made in English.

The wall brackets are very poor quality as well. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe the feeling I'm left with.

The legs are NOT stable

The legs are NOT stable. When i put them on my rather small tabletop, it was wobbly to the point where i could't use the table. Furthermore I ordered in english, on the english version of the website, and when i recieved my confirmation email it was in French. All the emails i have recieved after the confirmation email have also been in French. that is just poor service, honestly.

Not stable

The table legs do look great BUT they aren't stable. The maximum dimensions on the website are incorrect, the support simply say "we've tested this and it's the first time we've heard this" which is incorrect since there is another reviewer with a similar problem.

I paid over £500 for a custom table only to find that the legs aren't high quality. Tiptoe offered a refund but this is useless since I am unable to return the table top.

They need to ensure they test each specification on the website thoroughly and provide better customer service.

It does look good, but functions poorly.
